Used Bob Friday again to rent my Venice house. He is superb, just the very very best.
Bob took care of some remodeling issues during the vacancy, got top notch tradesmen at great prices. Bob has a finely honed sense of interior design and the final result was truly stunning, HUGE improvement. Zero hassles, didn’t even have to visit the place, Bob took care of everything. He shops for you as if it’s his own money. If he can find something at IKEA that will work or he finds something on deep discount from a premium vendor he gets it and you get 100% of the savings. He worked out some window treatments that were a big improvement and the cost was very reasonable. In replacing the tub some dry rot in floor joists was found and he got it fixed right and at a very low price. He takes care of all of the hassles.
Found a great tenant and took care of all the move in issues, like a refrig that went out and some lights that needed replacing.
Bob’s a top notch RE pro and a very nice guy. He follows through. He puts your interests first.

What can I even say. I met Jeff in 2013. I relocated from Mammoth to live in Venice. After searching for what felt like an eternity I stumbled across Bull Dog Relators. He just happened to be the guy working the «floor» that day. We were looking for a great Venice pad. Amazingly he had a special listing that hadn’t quite been finished yet. But regardless he closed up shop for us and personally walked us over to what was our perfect first Venice rental for the next year. January of 2014 I call Jeff on spec and tell him that I am looking to buy. 5 month later Jeff found us the perfect house that was walk in ready. We must have gone through 50 homes and were either out bid or they just weren’t the «one». But through it all he was patient, educating, and understanding. He knew what we wanted. Now this perfect place had some issues. He fought tooth and nail for 3 weeks getting literally ever single contingency nailed down for us and we are now proud home owners. But it doesn’t end there. Our new home is a duplex. Naturally I kicked him the rental and again 7 months later Jeff is still out hustling for us. At first glance Jeff may seem like an unusual real estate agent, no suit or tie, but immediately he made us feel like family. And despite his sandals and laid back beach attitude I would put Jeff up against the best in Los Angeles. We are blessed to have found Jeff and developed a life long partnership, but more importantly I am honored to call Jeff our friends. Words can’t describe how bad these two are! We had the misfortune of meeting Veronica Jones and Diana Miller at an open house in Los Angeles. They treated us well at first, but as soon as they had us sign some documents, it was as if we didn’t exist. I have never in my life had such a bad experience in business ever.
Like the other reviews said, they lied to us and did not treat our business as if it mattered to them. They’re practice lacks ethics. I’m debating reporting them to the State Board. All in all, I’d rather get rectal cancer and a life time of root canals *(with no anesthesia) before I use these two characters ever again!
