I have been to this location a few times. EVERYSINGLETIME they have a wait the size of a giant whale! The store itself is set-up nicely and is neat and clean. The customer service here sucks. The lady who«checks you in» just walks around with her lil tabet like she owns the place and doesnt do anything else! She just tells you that the estimated wait time will be about 30 mins. Now why would AT&T hire someone to walk around and tell people how long they have to wait? She doesnt even help the customers! IMO thats a useless employee! For about the 16 people who were waiting, there was ONE small bench that could seat like 4. So the rest had to stand restlessly and wait their turn. The reps in the meantime, take their sweet time paying no attention to their growing line. A store this big needs about 8 – 10 reps to function effectively. They had like 3 people working!(Minus Ms. Check In) I was in a hurry, trying to get in– and out in a snap. All I needed was to pay for a new cell phone and be out the door. No activation, no opening the box, NOTHING. IN and OUT. Of course that didnt happen. I ended up getting out of there and telling Ms. Check In that I dont have this kind of time to waste. If you can go to another AT&T store, DO. I got MUCH faster service at the mall! I was out with a new phone in 5 mins! Disgraceful!
