Antonina Moon – Holistic Life Coach, Massage, and Yoga

Antonina has a deep understanding of the body and holistic health. She is such wonderful spirit and she loves to help others. Her advice about health, diet, and exercise has transformed my life. I can’t recommend her enough!

Antonina was so kind and welcoming. So knowledgeable about her passions. I had a very inspirational visit with her and hope to see her as often as I can. She’s a wonderful private yoga teacher and she offers so many other teachings, she’s incredible and I hope to learn more from her!

Antonina was truly inspirational. She gets to know you first, at least enough to read into what you need. I had a couple of sessions which consisted of stretches and mixture of massage techniques, that helped my shoulders and neck tension immediately. Beforehand, I though I was quite relaxed and didn’t have any significant blockages. After the second session I was amazed at how much tension I had — Antonine was able to get me into almost a trance-​like state that helped me be much more aware of my health, mind and body.
I enjoy Venice beach and the vibe. The treatments were a perfect healing escape.

I can’t recommend Antonina enough. She has a very deep awareness of the mind, body, and soul connection and the love and focus she has for her craft is unlike any teacher I have experienced. Her great knowledge of different modalities in healing and wellness is incredibly comforting. I am blessed to have come across Antonina and I know that our sessions, whether few or many, will remain with me for the rest of my life.

My session with Antonia was deeply effective in opening some blockages I had in my body, as well as emotional walls I had built up. Antonia connects with you like no other life coach. She takes into account your lifestyle, diet, social life, career, and living environment. All of this information goes into how she conducts the session. She has a wealth of knowledge in many different fields of study, and I learned very specific tips and advice for curing some of the problems I was experiencing. Her bodywork is unlike any massage I’ve had before, because of all the different elements of massage she includes, which contribute to her unique style. I was energized, calm, empowered, and at peace after our session. I can honesty say Antonia is unlike any life coach I’ve worked with before, and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for individual attention and specific advice on problems and ailments. It is hard to throw a rock in LA without hitting a Yoga teacher… most of them are pretty good, but if you take a hundred of them, you will find that one of them is on another level. Antonina is just that; she is the real deal. She seems too young to have so much knowledge and wisdom about yoga and about life. She really understands what it’s all about and is truly dedicated to helping people on their path to improvement.
It really helps me a lot to have the private instruction… I need a lot of guidance as I am not very flexible. Antonina keeps an eye on my form and helps me stretch with partner yoga. Each class is different (inside, outside on the grass, or sometimes on the beach). She pushes me just enough, while always remaining positive, encouraging and peaceful. Beyond yoga, she also offers health and diet consultation and excellent massage.
I really can’t say enough about her… she is humble, sincere and authentic, and is clearly on her own path of improvement. I am so grateful to know her.

Antonina is an awesome private yoga teacher!!! I truly enjoyed her yoga seesions at home, I strongly recommend it. She has great yoga skills and explains the different poses very well and most importantly she has the sweetest personnality. Namaste.
