Alternative Homemaking with a Heart of SW Florida, LLC. is a licensed Home Health Agency that provides private duty, skilled nursing, personal care, homemaker/​companion services and respite care, in your home, assisted living facility, nursing home or hospital, with a custom tailored care plan for each individual clients needs designed for seniors, elderly, disabled and convalescing individuals throughout Charlotte County and Sarasota County in Florida. We work with the client, guardian, or family members to design a home care plan appropriate to the client’s needs. This plan is based on specific information about the individual such as medications prescribed, treatment orders from the healthcare provider, our staff’s observations, and your personal requests. As our client’s needs change, so will the care plan.
