Tusa Bella is a Permanent Makeup Clinic and Skin Care Center located in Venetia, PA, 1.7 miles off of Route 19 on Valley Brook Road.

Though our focus is primarily permanent cosmetics, we also offer massage, waxing, hair, nails and facial services.

Business Owner

Joan is a Registered Nurse, licensed Esthetician, and certified Micropigmentologist. Joan’s uncle always used to write «tusa bella» on notes and cards to her. Tusa Bella means you are beautiful. She was inspired to start the business as part of her personal quest to always look and feel good and the desire to share that with others.
