I have been involved with computers for over 9 years now. I have studied computer animation, graphic design, video production, movie visual effects, web design, network security administration, and am an A+ Certified Technician.

My name is Steven Russ. I’m a Freelance Web Designer located in Vandalia, IL. I design websites for Personal use & Small Businesses because I want to help people and companies connect themselves with a new audience and new customers online. I choose to work freelance because it allows me to provide my customers with affordable prices, better customer service, and faster turnaround times than the big web design companies. Being a freelancer also gives me the chance to get more involved, as I work directly with the customer. I also have a computer repair business. I’m experienced in many different types of software, web coding languages, & content management systems: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Apple Shake, Final Cut Pro, Maya, HTML, CSS, WordPress, FTP, Basecamp, and Google Apps. My certifications include: Web Design, Network Security Administration, and A+.
