This is a company that understands customer service. I parked here whilst vacationing in Mexico and could not be more pleased.
The service was fast and excellent when I dropped off my car for valet and had no wait boarding the free shuttle to my terminal. It seems I made a couple of mistakes when I reserved my time and was very nervous. I emailed Brian right away and he responded very quickly. Even though the mistake was mine, he was very understanding and eager to correct my reservation. He then went above and beyond by waiving any money I would have been penalized for my errors.
What a gem! Professional, service-​oriented people from start to finish are getting more difficult to find these days. I will never even consider another parking/​shuttle service when I travel from Dayton Airport. I am so appreciative!

The service is so friendly and prompt. Traveling long distances is stressful and tiring so I truly enjoyed this experience after a tough red eye flight. On my way out of the airport, all I had to do was text my valet # and the shuttle was outside by the time I got there! It’s great that they have so many additional services so I opted for interior detailing and it made me so happy to come back to my car all clean, running, and ready to go! I didn’t even have to step inside the office to finish the transaction… Just hopped into my clean car and drove the hour home! My car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it new from the dealership and it gave me just the little boost of energy I needed to get myself home to finally sleep. Thank you so much!

Be careful with self park. I watched two buses pick up people from the valet area and leave. I finally called them to get a bus to come around to pick me up in self park.

This is really the only place we park when going to the airport. The price is right, it is definitely convenient and overall service is pretty darn good. I love that they have your car all nice and toasty warm, ready for you to jump in and drive off on a cold winter night. They occasionally offer groupons so you may want to take a look to see if they are offering one prior to booking.
Why the one star deduction? We were a little disappointed in the lack of professionalism the last time we were there. There had been some confusion about the car wash package we had purchased and the gentleman on the other end of the phone basically told us «I know you pick your ride up in 12 hours but it is too late to wash your car.» It resolved itself but I was not thrilled with their lack of customer service… that guy’s anyway. It will not deter us from parking there again though. They have a good thing going on!

As a frequent flyer, this is the best way to go. I always park in the valet and the pickup service to the airport is quick and timely. When arriving back to the airport, occasionally it takes longer than I would wish for the bus to arrive at the airport, but after being away from home anything other than walking out of the airport and on the bus, would probably be too long.
The parking points are nice (1 point a day, 10 points = a free day) to use when traveling on my own dime for vacations. The garage parking is $ 15 a day and no free day perks.
Unless you choose to park in the coverage garage, have it snow during just one trip and you will wish you had parked with Park-​N-​Go Valet, as when you return to pickup your car it is running and windows scrapped and ready to drive. No waiting to de-​ice and your car to warm up.

Cheaper, friendly, and more convenient than parking directly at the airport. I usually use the cheaper self-​parking but will spend a few more bucks for valet, esp. in winter.
