After placing an order on a Tuesday evening (PST), and paying an additional $ 40 for UPS 2^nd day air shipping; I was told my order would not arrive until the following Monday!!! 6 days later while still paying for 2^nd Day Shipping. While chatting with customer service online, Rob said that the delay was due to the company being on east coast. I will never order from here again!

I really really really hate online companies that sell items as in-​stock; take your money; and then run a series of excuses for why the item (s) are not shipped. It’s taken numerous chats and calls to first get a straight answer only to finally find out that the items can’t ship because the manufacturer is ‘performing an audit for another two weeks’ (REALLY??). So then I want to cancel the missing item (just the missing one) and I have to jump through a similar set of hoops to get a ‘marginally truthful’ response on the confirmation of the cancellation.
what a waste of time!!!
There’s a hundred suppliers of this stuff; I’d suggest going somewhere that treats their customers time with some respect.

Orginaly this was a 2 only because of Great Products, Great Sales Team (until the product ships), Jordan in Tech Support is a great guy, but the only guy. The products are not well matched and the software of GoKeyless has not caught up to the products they sell. The locks are great, bought 3 cameras too, 3 months ago and was not able to get them to work, properly. Oh and when they say «wireless» this means it can connect with a router wireless, not that it is truly wireless. You have to connect with a LAN to program each camera and you have hard 110 to power their «wireless» cameras. This even after I made it clear I did not purchase other products because I did not have 110 near them for power. Anyway, poor Jordan 2 days to return call, once on he wasn’t sure how to figure it out. We agreed he would call back to give me time to reboot for the fourth time. Once rebooted I solved part of the issue, but still waiting for that five minutes to pass an hour later. Of course he didn’t say which five minutes I needed to wait… I may look for another vendor and return everything…
I am downgrading go keyless to a 1 star. after 5 trips to my cabin to deal with this I still do not have working cameras. I have over $ 10k in time, products and other bills to try and make 3 camera’s and one lock work. The lock still works as advertised — though it does require changing the batteries monthly if you use it more than twice a week.
The FOSCAM cameras are paperweights. The go keless dashboard is an expensive lock program. My advice go to Home Depot or Lowes at least you expect poor customer support their and the products are much less expensive.
The 1 star is only because Unilocal does not have a negative or 0 stars. Take your money and run should be the motto of this company.

I purchased a double sided lock model codelock 5000 electronic from go keyless and a matching aluminum box for gate both recommended by Curtis for 500.00. I have the box welded on gate and schedule locksmith to install. I take off work to meet locksmith at house only to find they sent mismatch box and lock. Box is 2 ¾ and lock is 2 ³⁄₈. I call go keyless furious because now I will have to pay to have locksmith apptmt again. Gokeyless agrees to overnight the correct 2 ¾ cylinder. I reschedule locksmith for three days later. 2 ¾ cylinder arrives, Locksmith arrives, and after taking everything apart to install, lo and behold, it is not the correct model for my lockset. It is not made by same manufacturer, is wrong size plate where tongue goes and spindle is much too small. The spindle is completely a different size by a long shot. I call go keyless furious again. They offer to overnight to me the correct cylinder 2^nd time but now I have to reschedule locksmith and take off work a 3^rd time to meet at house. I demand a 250.00 discount on my 500.00 bill because of the extra costs to me for locksmith visits. They begrudgingly agree to a 100.00 credit to my bill. Tom at extension 125 is the person I dealt with. He was the third person I had to speak to. First Curtis, then Craig, then finally Tom. They are nice people but buyer beware.

Sales support seems knowledgeable and the website was great. Buying the product was a breeze.
However, once I purchased two Yale keyless door looks it took forever for them to arrive. After almost 30 days of no updates I call them and ask whats up. The guy has no answer and says he’ll call me back. Well guess what, with in 30 minutes I got a shipping confirmation. Then 30 minutes later i get a call and they said they were waiting on one last part and they just got it today. Coincidence? I think not… I think they forgot my order.
I get the order and it arrived in non-​retail packaging. They are clearly not able to tell color or follow proper direction, as I ordered separate lock cylinder of nickel color. Guess what they packed… bronze!
The packaging was half ass… I got extra cylinders and they put them in a open plastic bag. Once I got the box, everything in the bag came out and I had to go digging through foam to find the cylinders.
One lock came with no cylinder installed, and the other came with the old cylinder but they didn’t give me the key for it. Either way, i was going to replace the cylinder with the new one, but they should have given me the key so I could make use of it. I did pay for it!
Also each lock comes with 2 keys each, I purchased 2 locks and had them keyed alike, so you would think I would get 4 keys. When you key alike, they take one set of keys to key the other, and then only send you 2 keys. So I am paying extra to get less??? It explicitly says this on their site so i was expecting it, but I will gripe about it because I think its bad policy. They should make you two free copies!
Prices are the same if not cheaper, next time I will shop at yale2you dot com.

Fantastic Service. I have now purchased 5 locks that are all wirelessly connected. They are working great. One lock did go bad, and there was no hesitation to replace it after trying basic trouble shooting. I am slowly changing out other locks to create an audit trail system. GoKeyless is my place to buy locks. Period!

I think $ 13 is a bit much for shipping two keys that would have fit in a #6 envelope. Postal mail wasn’t listed as an option. Got the keys, and they are correct… Fred
Gokeyless refunded my entire shipping cost. Must be nice people?

I am really glad to have found GoKeyless — they have a great range of products, are extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I appreciate having access to people who will take the time to find the right solution for my properties and will keep me updated on trends in the industry. In particular, Tom Johnson, my account rep has been very helpful.
