Wilson is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS®) designation granted by the CMPS Institute with over 13 years of experience in residential mortgage lending. The CMPS Institute is a national organization that certifies mortgage bankers and brokers to help borrowers choose the right mortgage strategies. He graduated from Oregon State University (Go Beavers!!) in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management Information Systems.

His education is complimented by his own experiences investing in real estate. All of Wilson’s experience gives him a vast array of product knowledge and broad experience with Conforming, Non-​Conforming, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, Rehabilitation and Reverse Mortgage loans. He is dedicated to helping his clients reach their financial goals purchasing their first home, up-​sizing to a new home and buying investment properties.
