Super fast and easy every time I have had to go in. very laid back and calm. polite and professional staff.

Have never had a decent experience here. No one listens, I get pawned off to different desks because people don’t want to work or listen to what I need, they lost my title that was mailed over there, thankfully I had a copy sent to my phone so I was able to register my car… words can’t explain how much I hate this place.

Driver licensing not open on Monday? WOW does that mean I get to pay less taxes? Take more, give less? That’s a bit to the right isn’t it?

WORST customer service I have ever received In my LIFE. People are super disrespectful and talk to you like they already have something to hate about you. I mean I don’t understand why they ALL have to be sarcastic assholes. I mean after all they do get paid for their job why not actually do it with a LITTLE pride. I wonder who their manager is because they’re just flat out rude.

Run… run to the other office. This place is terrible and the employees make up their own rules as they go. I registered my daughter’s car w no problems at the Franklin office. Went to register my car and they told me I need my husband there w me w his drivers license. We are Both on both cars titles. Registering the boat was a nightmare. They said we needed proof of sales tax. Really? It was bought at a dealership in idaho 9 years ago. So we drove to wash tax office and they told us we didn’t need anything else… but gave us this needed paper anyway. Then we went back and they wanted the same for the trailer… that we bought w the boat. Tax office again said they are wrong we didn’t need anything but gave us the signed approval letter. So we again went back to this office where the employee then said we had to drop the boat off on the water and drive back to weigh the trailer. My husband straight up just said no. They THEN looked up the weight online. They are HORRIBLE! Go to any other office. These employees are lazy rude and like I aaid… make up rules as they go then smirk at you… nice welcome to washington

The parking lot at this location is really beautiful (at least during fall). I needed to change my address and I wanted a new photo taken, so I stopped by rather than renewing online.
The wait is short, but my view is skewed after waiting in line at the San Francisco DMV. The staff aren’t unfriendly here, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they are friendly either.
My photo turned out good so I am happy :)
