The people below me making a review, this was my attorney against them so Ryan, Jessica, Jemmy, I would definitely take their opinions with a grain of salt.
I hired Vomacka and my opinion of him would be he’s a very calm person but when needed he will speak up. He will stay with you until the end of your case so if your worried about him abandoning your case well for me that didn’t happen as the parties I was dealing with weren’t exactly pleasant to deal with, So I appreciate him through the tough time. He is very friendly. I really didn’t have to worry too much he handled most of my hearings and I didn’t have to attend and he did pretty good. I do agree his pricing is pretty steep, also during trial there was a few things we didn’t discuss that he brought up to argue but after thinking about it he was thinking in the long term so it was for my best interest. I WOULD hire John again. If you’re worried about extra costs I would see about writing a contract with him so you’re both clear on costs so the pricing doesn’t change. As a side note anyone that has to resort to name calling seems more spiteful and very ignorant. So please don’t let those comments persuade with deciding to hire John Vomacka.
