This clinic was previously owned by another doctor, Derick Hau. The new owner/​doctor in charge, Dr. Freeman, is wonderful! He is attentive and makes sure to cover all of your affected areas. He has open availability making getting an appointment easy and flexible! I mean, who can predict when they will have pain and need an adjustment?! This clinic is perfect for that! I have never been turned away from a same day appointment since I became a patient, almost two years ago. Dr. Freeman always makes time to fit me in for an alignment when I am in need. I am overly pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Freeman and recommend him to anyone I know suffering from back pain. His alignments were a game changer for me and for that I am so thankful!!!

Worst chiropractic experience of my life (Derrik Hau). I still have two prepaid nonrefundable visits which I will not use.
A few general suggestions:
If you are told by anyone, anywhere that you have a dire situation which will only get worse and then be very painful and untreatable be cautious about believing that and strongly consider getting a second opinion or at least doing some research into it, especially if you didn’t even think the dire situation described to you existed, was not the reason for your appointment, and had never, ever in your entire life been an issue or caused you pain.
And if following that questionable dire prediction you find yourself being advised to prepay for appointments in return for a discount, please give it very serious thought.
Most importantly — if you find yourself seeing a health care provider and after their treatments your pain level goes from non-​existent to worse and worse and worse, but they don’t seem to be able to help you or even be concerned — walk away. Even if you foolishly prepaid and have some appointments left — walk away.

Terrible experience! I went in with a lot of back pain and after an hour and half of talking, examining, x-​rays, and explaining to me my problem’s, I was sent home and told to make another appointment the following week for my adjustment! When I came back for my adjustment the following week I spent 45 min. waiting and then was given a contract for the $ 1500 in treatments that they recommended for me! Oh they would get me on a payment plan with a low interest creditor! I finally got adjusted with a really expensive gun like machine. Nothing hands on. They didn’t even check to see if I was still out! Needless to say… I won’t be back.

Like all chiro’s — it’s nothing more than hocus pocus quackery. Rude staff, long wait times, not helpful, and offers huge contracts for tons of money $$$ like a used car salesman. Best to find a cheap massage place and get better results.
