Well I had a great experience with the front office staff. They are nice and truly care that you get the help you need. I think her name was babbs that help she was amazing to and did her job really well. Thanks urgent medical you are my go to doc now! Also don’t ever get rid of babbs! Not often you see a smile that bright!

In and out in under 30 minutes. Originally was headed to the emergency room and then saw this place so I thought I’d give them a try. I knew what I had and knew what the treatment was but since it was the day after Christmas, I also knew I wasn’t going to see my regular doctor anytime soon and having just had a partial knee replacement any infection left untreated could be disastrous. The Doctor at this clinic was an older gentleman who nailed the diagnosis in no time and prescribed me exactly what I needed both saving me time and money by avoiding the emergency room. Thank you and you get four big stars from me!

I was seen by Dr Valerie Smith for the flu in 2014, and was feeling miserable. She lacked any empathy whatsoever, refused to give me a prescription, and told me I’d just have to tough it out. She did, however, give me a doctor’s work excuse note for 3 days for the flu, and the office staff was quick to email a work release to my employer so I could go back to work(even tho still not feeling 100%). Since I had been prescribed antibiotics from another doctor before when I had the flu, being told it would help with secondary symptoms(but not the flu itself since it’s a virus), I felt that I recovered much quicker with the prescription. I would not go back to this doctor or this clinic since I feel that I didn’t get the help I needed to get well.

Have used this Urgent Care for the past 12 years. The front office staff is amazing! Unfortunately, the office has lost its best healthcare providers. The replacement providers are not as good. Sad, but true.

My daughter had an appointment at 2:00 and it was way after 3:00 before the doctor came in even though she had an appointment. It was a ridiculously long wait

They take the«urgent» out of urgent care! They tell you that they take walk-ins, but expect to wait 3 hours if you don’t have an appointment. If you walk in, they just try to fit you in when they can. You won’t be told how long the wait will be, but it would be nice for them to let you know you will be there a loooong time. They should try to build time into their schedule for walk-ins if that is part of their business offering! The PA I finally(after 3 hours) met with was very nice and helpful. But, not worth such a long wait. Either make an appointment or go elsewhere. Based on my 3 hours of watching how the office operates, I would suggest you just go elsewhere!
