Please don’t waste your time with this firm! Called multiple times and left messages, no call back. When I did finally talk to someone I was strung along and not given an appointment. I also tried to stop by in person and they had moved from the address on their website. (From one fancy expensive office building to another) After a week of trying I have concluded that with this lack of ambition in scheduling an appointment how could I expect decent representation! Obviously they are milking enough clients to pay for the fancy offices!

I hired this office to represent me for a disability case. They never met me in person prior to my hearing with the ALJ. My attorney, Susan Tucker, was supposed to show up an hour before my hearing but was actually late for the hearing so I got to talk to her maybe 5 — 10 minutes. She said she got lost but yet has been going to that courthouse for 15 years? In my hearing, she did not contest anything that was said and I felt that I could have better represented myself. I was denied disability and had to file a civil suit to continue my disability claim. After contacting their office several times, I finally received a letter saying that they would no longer be able to represent me because it was outside of the scope of our agreement. I received this letter AFTER the time to appeal had expired so I wrote to social security and was granted an extension to try and find new representation. I called several attorneys and nobody was willing to take my case because I had previous representation. So basically Tucker and Boklage screwed me out of that claim and I had to start all over again. Unless your case is super easy to win (in which case you probably don’t need an attorney) don’t use this office. When they might have to actually do some work to win your case, they flake or bail.
