Stay away.
I have been here 3 yrs now; I was told my rent would not increase more than $ 20−30/mo this term — guess what — ANOTHER $ 50/​mo increase on top of the $ 65/​month increase LAST year; that with dirty outside windows and building exterior (green mold growing on the balcony siding), rotting wood on balcony, loose stair railing, floors that creak so bad it sounds like your neighbors live WITH you, and paper-​thin walls to hear your neighbors every move and breath. What a bargain, and now I am stuck here another year; since they lied about the amount of the increase, I did not look for another place to rent; now I have to stay another year, or get screwed for an outrageous month to month price with an additional $ 100 month to month fee. AND, THERE IS NOWHERE TO PARK, UNLESS YOU ARE RIPPED-​OFF FURTHER FOR A GARAGE at $ 50−80/mo; otherwise, your neighbor’s boyfriends/​girlfriends/​other visitors, who do not pay rent, can take your parking spot, and you are out of luck.
Again, STAY AWAY from this expensive trap.
