I enjoy tanning at this location — amazing service and always clean beds! Lacee has always been more than helpful and great customer service!

This used to be my favorite tanning location because it’s not too far from my house. The staff has super knowledgeable and I’ve always been greeted with a smile. In comparison to other tan spots this one is by far the most expensive and the most anal about their contracts.
Also something that I found interesting, if you are locked into a contract don’t bother trying to downgrade memberships later on to save money or putting your account on hold because according to the mill plain location it adds onto your contract by the amount of time the hold lasted for. If your contract is up in March and your account was on hold for 2 months then your contract has been extended to May and nowhere in the contract does it state that.
Also, it would be extremely helpful if the staff was all on the same page. I’ve been given the run around ever since I tried to get my paperwork in order to cancel my membership when the time came. My contract states they need a minimum of 1 months notice so I gave 2 and was turned away because it was too much notice and told to come back between the 10^th and the 25^th. Today is the 10^th and I was turned away yet again for it being too much notice and told to come back after the 25^th. Well, funny thing is after the 25^th it will no longer be one month’s notice and I have a feeling it will be yet another issue.
I do not want 50% off more products, to downgrade to month to month, to buy 30 tans with no contract or to switch to spray tanning. I want to stop getting the run around and give my friggin notice
It’s things like this that I find infuriating. All I want to do is give ample notice to cancel my contract so I’m not charged past the 25^th of next month, why is this suddenly becoming more of a problem than it’s worth? One more month and I’m free! I will not be coming back nor will I recommend this company to anyone else.

Kristina was awesome! She showed us all the beds and explained the difference of each one. Very helpful when you don’t know much about tanning. We will recommend going here to anyone.

Great place, good deals, friendly staff! I love the new location. I definitely recommend!
