I usually make my own latte before I leave my home but on occasion I like to swing by this Starbucks in particular. Love the service and enjoy their comfy seating. Great place to hangout, read the newspaper and enjoy a good cup of joe.

While there are slight variants from store to store, I’m not a regular enough to get that extra experience. I go because it’s a matter of location and convenience mostly. The decaf is not terribly good but the drink experience is consistent. I’ve always liked the Tenney Road location because, while they get a lot of foot traffic, it comes across as a small store where, once upon a time, people knew me since I visited more back then.

They were open on Christmas Day and the service was awesome. We had tried several other Starbucks locations before discovering that this was open — via Unilocal.
The only improvement I would ask this store to make is get a better system of processing orders placed. For instance, if the cashier takes the order it should go straight to the line versus the cashier helping others in the line and than gathering her new orders prior to giving it to the barrister so that the drinks can be made. I stood there watching others who came in after me get their drinks first. Not a big deal but worth a mention as it is an easy fix on their end.

I come here all the time. It can get busy so I hardly stay, but I’m usually on the go and the service is quick and friendly. They have never gotten my order wrong and the staff is always friendly. They’re always smiling and in good moods. It’s always a pleasant experience and I’ll continue coming here.

I met up with a friend here since it was an easy location for me to find having just moved to the area. The place is spacious with lots of tables; though, some are quite close together making you feel bad if you are talking whilst your neighbor is trying to read a book or the like.
I got a cappuccino and pumpkin bread and they were both good. Will I come here again? Maybe once in a blue moon.

I pop into my local Starbucks often.
The staff at this location are hit or miss. Generally friendly, but there are a few younger members that aren’t so helpful or interactive. The place is pretty clean, but there never seems to be enough seats to find a comfy place to land with my Vanilla Spice Latte.
I’ll come back, of course, but would love to see a few more couches and positive interaction with customers.
