Polish Nails and Spa

I’ve never left a nails salon wanting to cry before. But that’s exactly how I feel right now. I had been growing my nails out long and beautiful. I have great thick nails. I told her not too short. 3times. She cut my nails all the way down to no nail at all. And then filed them worse than my 5yr old niece. It looks like an in even square. Ugly af! My nails looked 10times better before I came here. Biggest waste of time money and heartache. I’ll be spending my free time trying to fix this disaster. I should have just trusted the bad reviews on here in the first place. :(
Not to mention they lasted about 3days. Shellac supposedly.

I had about a 30 minute wait, which wasn’t too bad, everyone was working and as soon as there was an empty spot — they got me started. I got the Deluxe Pedicure and the quality and prices were very good. I requested a higher package, but for some reason they gave me the lower package and I only paid for the lower package — so I didn’t pay for something I didn’t get. I wished the massage portion had been better and I revived what I requested, but on the plus side the prices were good.

I was grocery shopping so decided to go in due to 20% off all services and new management. I was getting mani and during it I asked for a pedi too, was told 30 $ for both with 20% off by technician. Even posted signs said $ 30 for both and NOTHING that if MAN $ 10 more. When I went to pay and it was now 40 $. When I questioned it they said that since I was a man and men have bigger toes price was higher, WTF. First time ever hearing this comment. What a rip off to LIE to the customer and not back what was quoted. I tried to explain what I was quoted but neither of the men seemed to care and one actually turned around. Find another place where they back up what they quote. Oh the TV kept saying weak signal and was annoying going in and out. Much classier places with nicer staff and management.

NIce staff, good service, fair prices. I’m now a regular.
