Verry helpful and honest. I went in to ask questions about head gasket on my 08 avalanche, they didn’t try to talk me into getting work done.

I was referred to these guys as a shop that would do work on newer Mustangs. In particular I visited the other day to get a quote on the install (and purchase of) of some simple Eiboch springs. I’m really not a picky person and I understand they have to make money which is valid; their shop time was quoted at ~$ 95 and hour. That’s a good 3x multiplier and fair, Im perfectly happy paying for their proper time. The issue came when the person quoting me told me installing springs would be 5 hours of shop time. Springs on the Mustang done by DIY take maybe 3 hours and a shop with its tools can do it in 2 hours (per eibock resalers). If this shop is willing to try to get 5 hours from a person such as myself who knows what they are doing, I can’t imagine what they are quoting to people who don’t. This is egregious gouging. Beware.

My family has been coming here for years. They are fair and honest. They explain all the details, and make sure that my technical and financial needs are met.

I almost hate to give them 5 stars for fear they will get too busy… but the truth is we’ve been there a couple times, couple different vehicles, and y’know when the mechanic says «it will be between $ and $$$» that’s code for it will be $$$$. Both times, they’ve completed the work and/​or solved the problem on schedule and at or under $. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! They are honest about what your vehicle will need, as well as what you can possibly put off for a few hundred miles. As a women, I have great auto knowledge, and to have them be honest and accurate with me is something I’m not used to. It’s very refreshing! Their pricing is fair, and they do excellent work. I will definitely be back when my vehicle needs serviced again.

I don’t give high ratings easily, so a ³⁄₅ or «A-​OK» is accurate for My Daddy’s. My husband and I started going there for oil changes because they had a great coupon promotion for free oil changes. Now we have taken our car there for a brakes/​alignment estimate (we ended up doing the brakes ourselves) and tomorrow we’re going in for a fuel filter/​diagnostic situation. They can’t do everything in house, but their service is great and the prices have so far been good. Will update if need be after our next appointment.
