I came here with my girlfriend to help her get her phone screen fixed. My Verizon store (I only go to the corporate one by Target and the mall) recommended this place so of course it was my first choice. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that helped us but he was kind and timely. Her phone works and looks great. Pricing was good and fair. Thank you guys so much — I’ll come back (but hopefully I won’t have to soon you know haha) if my phone breaks. They replaced hers with a used screen for like 70 – 80 $. No problems after the installation and it looks crispy. Thanks again guys. :)

This is a great place to go if you want to throw away $ 100.
I got a new screen on my phone here a few weeks ago. Two days later, the «home» button on the bottom front of the phone fell off. I went in again and got that repaired.
I also noticed that the headphone jack didn’t work anymore.
Fast forward a few weeks.
Suddenly, my phone just stops working completely. I took it to iDope on Hawthorne and the technician there told me that the screen I previously got was fake and ill fitting. When it was replaced, the phone was pried open in a brutal manner that mutilated the jack, and charging components.
So, that’s how i threw away $ 100.

I was very pleased with my experience with my broken phone even though they were unable to fix the internal problem because of software they replaced my battery and scream to try to fix it which didn’t work but they didn’t even charge me for the parts they referred me to Apple who does work with software and hardware and they were able to fix it but my broken phone was very polite and courteous to me as a customer they didn’t even try to charge me for the parts that they used thanks my broken phone

I couldn’t be happier. My iphone 5s was completely dead after (oops) it was completely submerged in water. My Broken Phone charged me $ 25 for diagnostics service, and warned me that my micro-​glass screen protector might break during the process. Less than 2 hrs later, my phone was completely restored, nothing at all wrong with it, screen protector completely intact. They even stayed open a couple of minutes past their closing time to wait for me to pick up my phone. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I’ll definitely use them again.

I smashed my iPhone 6 screen, brought it to my broken phone and they fixed in within an hour for a very reasonable price.
A few days later I had to bring my iPhone back because the screen started to come unglued. They fixed it immediately without any charge.
I would say if you are getting your screen fixed just drop the phone off and come back 4hrs later and I am positive you won’t have any issues.
I’ll definitely go back if I ever have any issues in the future. Highly recommended!

SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY do not go here!
I brought in my gs3 for the screen to be replaced
$ 150 plus tax and mind you ive been saving that money for months! Just to be able to fix my phone

Anyways screen replaced fine
I get home and noticed a small imperfect by the earpiece but thought hey its nothing.
So about twenty days go by and two cracks appear from the imperfection. So I take my receipt in and show them and explain and all they say is im sorry we dont cover cracks.
I felt I was slapped in the face. They didnt even care!
Now my screen is getting more cracked and the front camera is useless now what do I do???
I wish they had negative stars cuz id give them the most negative possible

Nice dudes, clean store front. I can’t give it 5 stars just cause I was in there for like 2 minutes. Dropped off my moms non-​screen showing iPhone 5 that was doused in water. Paid $ 100 for screen, $ 25 for water repair/​cleaning. I think it was a fine deal. Better than doing what AT&T was offering, which is bullshit. That Next program or no upgrade basically.
Anyway, real quick service just walking in there and explaining a bit about the fall. And a couple hours later it was done. Not a lot of time for fixing the hundreds of dollar phone!

My Broken Phone did a FABULOUS job fixing my phone. I had cracked the face of it and dreaded taking it in to be fixed. I thought I’d have to leave it for a couple days or have to mail it somewhere. Marc was awesome! He fixed it in 45 minutes and called me to pick it up immediately. I highly recommend their company if you need your phone repaired!

Great shop. Awesome selection of quality used phones including more iPhones than an AT&T Corp store. The quality of repairs is exceptional and very speedy. Overall I really like this store, they run it like I would if I were still in the repair business. Check them out if you ever need a used phone or need your broken phone repaired.

I dropped my iPhone and busted up the glass into a million pieces. I just googled a place to fix the glass and this place popped up.
The next day I dropped it off during my lunch break and they said it would be about an hour. I told them that I was on my lunch break and just asked if there was any way if it would be done sooner. He said to stop back on my way back to work and he would try.
I got lunch at Jimmy Johns and when I was done I went to see if he might be done… and he was! My phone works perfect! They were kind and fast and I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Great place and very nice owners. They fixed the speaker on my daughters I phone 4S in about 10 min and for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend them and in fact I left my I Pad with a broken screen and they are repairing it. The price is so good I recommend you check them out for any broken needs. They also sell a good variety of cell phone covers.
They also sell used phones.
