History

Established in 1976.

Starting in 1978, this location has operated as Clemmers. In 2001, Jerry Morton made the business his own. In 2006, his daughter Heather and her husband Rob expanded to better serve customers in the greater Clark County area into Battle Ground Washington.

Rob and Heather took over ownership in October of 2006. Heather attended Prairie High School and Rob attended Columbia Adventist High School. Rob has spent the majority of his career in the auto body business, while Heather has managed Health Care Facilities. Together, they bring shared skills and passion for customer service with the hometown flair. They pride themselves in customer education and look at each customer as a long term investment.

I called Morton pools and spa when my friend’s house had been vacant for a time due to illness. They were amazingly helpful. Over the phone we set up a house call, they assessed the situation, gave me a quote and got to work right away. Rob and Chad have been spectacular to deal with and I have them to thank for a sparkling clean pool. Total professionals you can trust and value.

This is where I head for all of my pool and spa supplies. They have everything you might want or need. The staff is super knowledgeable and can always point you in the right direction.
My favorite thing is that they keep your purchases on file. This is huge when you come in for a filter and can’t remember which it might be. (There are tons to choose from!) No Problem! They can look it up for you on the spot. No extra trip home and back.
Excellent service and great stock on hand. This is our go to place!

I finally decided to spend the money and buy a ceramic BBQ. After weeks of internet research, I was convinced that I «needed» the Primo Oval XL. More research also showed me that there is only one local vendor, Morton’s Stoves Pools and Spas.
I called them and found out that the BBQ that I was after had to be ordered. I was pleasantly surprised the learn that the order process only took a day and that they would have it for me the following afternoon.
I always try to shop local and this time I am really glad that I did.
The service at Morton’s is excellent. From the second that I walked in the door I was treated like a VIP.
Now you might be wondering how a Stove Pool and Spa shop that also sells BBQ’s could possibly offer great service and make you feel special. I will tell you.
1. No pushy sales people.
2. The girl at the cash register knew my name from the order I had placed and used it. She was also knowledgeable about the BBQ and made me feel great about my purchase.
3. I bought a 20lb bag of lump charcoal while I was there. Their worker just showed up and carried it out to the car without asking. That is great service.
