History

Established in 1975.

The business began as a simple 4 bay self serve car wash with tin walls.

1994 it was remodeled into a full 6 bay block building self serve car wash with upgraded equipment throughout.

2014 all equipment was replaced or refurbished to bring about the most energy efficient self serve car wash that also used as little water as possible. The landscape was completed using lawn & flowers to offer a clean and inviting presence in the City of Vancouver.

I have washed my Vehicles here several times. I will go out of my way, just to come to this location. The property is well maintained, and the whole area is kept very nice. It is by far the self service car wash I have ever used.

The one redeeming thing about this car wash is that they accept credit cards. Personally, I hate constantly worrying about running out of quarters and having to run around to feed the machine, so I do find the credit card feature much easier. Now, with that being said, I just got home to find out that I got charged $ 10 on my credit card! What!!! I did see the sign that said $ 2.50 for 4 minutes (which in my opinion is already a rip off but that’s beside the point) but if my math is correct, being charged $ 10 would mean that I was there for 16 minutes. Which I can assure you, I most definitely was not. And yes, I did see the button that you push to stop your timer and I did see it say thank you but there was no timer or counter going to let me know where I was at. I have used other car washes with this feature where I am from and most of them show you exactly where you are in dollar amount and this was was not very clear at all. So for that reason again, I will never return to this car wash again. Other things about the car wash that I noticed.
1. Trash all over the vacuuming bays. Very dirty and didn’t seem well maintained at all.
2. It seemed to be the ghetto street racer hang out. There were guys pulling into the bays, revving their engines which ensured that you got a nice breath of exhaust while washing your car. It appeared it was their meeting area and maybe one of the four or five was actually washing their car.
It seems that Vancouver is lacking on self service car washes but of the ones I have visited, I will never come back to this one.

These guys came back to me acknowledging that they were in the process of switching out supplies etc. I originally went there due to the good reviews. And due to their acknowledgement which most companies don’t bother to do, I’ll be giving them a second chance next time I’m down that way.

This was a superb car wash. I have been to so many self serve car washes that have not been kept in a working fashion or have brushes that leave scratches on your car. Every feature in this car wash was top of the line. The owner is very nice too and came over talked to me about my dog that I had in the car. He told me all about his Weiner dog Rolo, so be sure to ask him about his Weiner!

This place is excellent! It’s been completely remodeled, and has a great variety of features! They take credit cards, and have been staffed almost every time I have been in. If you enjoy cleaning your own vehicle, this is the best place I have found in town!
