We are a boutique law firm, committed to providing competent and professional legal, mediation, and collaborative conciliation services to individuals, couples, and partners, seniors, and seriously ill persons in a cost-effective and ethical manner. Currently, we primarily handle family, elder, estate planning, and juvenile dependency law cases, and we provide mediation services for couples and families in family and elder law.
History
Established in 2003.
The firm was started in 2003 by Meredith McKell Graff; Ms. Graff was joined by her partner, former Assistant Attorney General Eugene Graff, in 2011. Combined, the Graffs have over 30 years of experience as attorneys assisting clients solve their legal problems, at the trial and appellate court levels. When factoring in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, the Graffs have close to 50 years of experience. They were joined in their practice in 2013 by associate attorney, Faye BreitReed.

Business Owner
Meredith McKell Graff, Esq. founded McKell Graff, PLLC in 2003. Prior to that, she worked as an associate in the area of Family Law with the Longview, Washington law firm, Walstead Mertsching, P. S., and as a Family Law mediator with the Portland, Oregon law and mediation firm of Steven Allen Smith, P.C. She is actively licensed to practice law in the state of Washington, and is licensed, but currently on inactive status, as a Utah attorney.
Ms. Graff is a graduate of University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she focused her law studies in the area of Elder Law. She holds a masters degree in English (Creative Writing/Poetry) from Rutgers University Graduate School in Newark, New Jersey. She obtained her bachelors degree in Denver, Colorado from Loretto Heights College, which merged to become Regis University.
