It’s a 4.5 star review. I had some leaking coolant and brought my car into james. He was clean cut. Professional and listened to my problems which let’s be honest most auto repair facilities just «insist» on getting many things done «while their in there». After leaving my car there (didn’t make an appointment) for about 3 hours he called me back with an estimate of repairs. It was $ 600. It was out of my budget but I had to have my car running for school.
Anyways when I came to pick my vehicle up he greeted me with a smile and said he saved me some money and it ended up being $ 410. I can’t remember the last time (if ever) I took my car in for any repairs and had it be cheaper then what was told. I was super happy and even gave him a hug! :)
The store is dingy and looks like an old gas station. But the service and cleanliness of the work was amazing and I will definitely come back (hopefully not too soon) Thank you James if you ever read this for the great smiles and work on my car.
