Jim is the one to structure the deals, underwrite and place the loans with the appropriate bank and private money lenders in our network. He was raised in Portland, OR and received his schooling and credentials in Portland as well. He is very driven, likes working with individual borrowers, structuring their deals and achieving their goals.
