It’s a coporate doughnut place… and they do a good job. Classic glazed doughnuts are the best however, I’ll always love the Bavarian crème filled one. Their doughnuts are softer than most doughnuts and on the sweeter side. I went through the drive through this morning for national doughnut day and they were working well, like a well oiled machine. Keep up the good work. I have tried their coffee… and I would probably stick to their black coffee unless you like your iced drinks super sweet.

HORRIBLYSLOW service!!! The worst and slowest drive thru in the world. I order a large coffee and one fritter. I’m in line for 15 – 20 minutes only to find out you are out of fritters! Seriously?! Goodby, forever. I am just glad my job is super close to this location.

Have gone at different times of the day to try and get them when hot. They are never hot or fresh anymore it seems. We still go sometimes, but its not the same as it used to be around 10 years ago :(

Have been here several times and each time the service is terrific. Bathrooms are clean, staff is great inside and at the drive through. It always had been clean inside plus the view of the machine making Donuts is cool to watch. Recently checked on availability for getting coffee for events. Really reasonable, $ 11 for a box that serves 10 people. Including coffee fixings. Creamer, sugar, etc. Very accommodating. Happy to return her when I need a sugar rush. Love the variety of Donuts. Not greasy like some other Donuts.

Took the family in for a dozen donuts and coffee. The donuts were good with pretty flat customer service. The cashier basically had no personality or desire for customer service. The donuts were fine and as we were leaving the donut machine was started. The kiddos had fun watching and once the donuts came off the line they asked for warm donuts. The same cashier just looked at them and said«we don’t do that anymore». I should have known since they don’t bother turning on the sign outside anymore.

We came here for a sugar fix. The inside was clean and no one was in line except us. We got a dozen mixed donuts. 2 apple fritters which we had to pay $ .60 more each. Also 1 caramel drink When we got home we indulged ourselves and right away noticed the apple fritters were raw and not cooked inside, yes raw dough. Yuck!!! Other donuts seem ok so far. The drink tasted like a a vending machine drink. It was not very good also. Sorry but we won’t be back, our cashier had to ask«Ted» to do everything…

This must be where customer service and polite employees go to die. So rude. You work in a doughnut shop. Be happy. Be nice. Smile. Greet customers with a good morning not a «what do you want.»

It used to be that when the red light was on that you got a hot fresh donut. Does this not apply anymore? This Krispy Kreme is in my new neighborhood and I’ve been about 10 times total and never gotten a hot donut(which really was 100% of the appeal). Although I always go through drive through so perhaps that’s why? Never made a difference at the place closer to my old house, but maybe this place doesn’t provide hot donuts for drive through.

What can I say it’s Krispy Kremes!!! It’s awesome especially the cream filled glaze donuts. And the originals especially when they come out hot. The staff are very friendly also

Disappointing visit, 4 of the 6 donuts we wanted that is listed on the website is not carried by this location. Local grocery stores have a better selection. They don’t even carry any eclairs but If you are a die hard krispy kreme glazed donut fan they have them.

I’m a huge fan of donuts(hence the donut I wear around my waist) and even bigger fan of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, but the experience at this location wasn’t the best. Oh, it still sold fried dough circles of joy, but the donuts weren’t the freshest. Without a little microwave magic, they would of been really dry and old. Since I went in the evening after dinner, the place was slow. Sadly, service was even slower. I’m not sure if it was the end of a shift or not, but both ladies behind the counter were lethargic and looked really, really tired. Since I was already feeling guilty for getting a diet destroying four pack, it didn’t help getting served by the Debbie Downer of Donuts. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are still Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. It’s an addiction. I’m glad this location is nearby and an a-ok 3 stars because even a 3-star Krispy Kreme is better than anything I’d get at the local market.

I usually would’ve gave five stars, but I stopped by when the donuts were fresh, and got a cold, tasted old, donut :(otherwise the team members were extremely friendly, and gave me extra napkins :)

My son and I notice they just finished cooking there(limited) pumpkin spice donuts holes. I asked to try a sample and was told«we don’t do that anymore». If she wanted to make a sell, not to mention«customer service» she should have at least given me one of the broken donut holes that they couldn’t have sold anyway! Overall I was very disappointed with this visit. I do however really like the her maple bars.

Hadn’t been to a KK in some time. Needed to go to the Home Depot on Andresen so I thought I would grab a dozen donuts. 1) $ 14.59 for 12 donuts? 2)Loaded/coated with sugar glaze 3) Must use the same dough for every donut 4) Bland taste and texture by comparison the Battle Ground Bakers sells a dozen donuts for $ 8. they are 50−100% larger, taste like donuts and won’t make you an instant diabetic.

These doughnuts are OK if you really need to satisfy your sweet tooth. They’re small and kind of all taste the same no matter which one you get… I’ve had better…

Can’t wait to try their new coffee flavored donuts they just came out with. Sounds like they may only be around for a limited time. Maybe if I buy a few dozen daily, they will rethink that decision?

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not their biggest fan, but I know lots of people love these doughnuts. On our way to a party, we decided to stop and grab a dozen to go through their handy dandy drive through. It was not handy or dandy. There was one car in front of us that took no less than 15min to be served. ??? We placed our order. Get to the window 15 min. later. The guy gives me a total for a coffee not a dozen doughnuts. He repeats himself 3 more times despite me explaining to him that I did not order a coffee. I ordered a dozen doughnuts. He eventually gets it. No doughnuts packed. So, we wait while they pack a dozen plain glazed doughnuts… another who knows how many minutes. He hands me the box and the entire bottom of it is covered in sticky glaze. Awesome. Great. Where do I set this down in the car. It’s now been over 20 minutes in the drive through. The guy is apologetic by this point, but… we won’t be back. We ended up late to our party and it was definitely not worth it. This was a serious service disaster.
