History

Established in 1988.

We started as a one person commercial brokerage specializing in apartment brokerage. We grown into a small specialized boutique brokerage with a Commercial Division specializing in the bokerage of income properties, development land, and joint ventures, plus a Residential Division specializing in the sale of home in all price ranges and luxury condominiums. We have had great success in high end single family home brokerage.

Business Owner

Kimbal Logan has been in the real estate brokerage business since 1973. He had 2 to 4 year jobs with Gibson Bowles Realtors, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and Norris Beggs and Simpson before starting his own brokerage. He has specialized since the early years in the brokerage of income properties and development land. He has a long history of success in the develpment and sale of apartment projects ranging in value from $ 5,000,000 to $ 35,000,000. He has also brokered many joint venture development projects including participating in the placement of construction, take out, and long term debt. In addtion he has participates in the placement of venture capital for business start ups and their related real estate needs.

In 1988 Kimbal started a Residential Divison with his wife Sue that has become a uniquely successful residential brokerage firm exclusively representing high end condominium development projects plus a myriad of home sales.
