The real estate services we paid for and the services we received from Porch Swing Properties of Vancouver Washington were far below our expectations. We had 2 offers on our property, both which were from potential buyers we personally showed the house to during open houses we held on our own. The Porch Swing Property agent was too busy to hold the open houses, and kept telling us open houses weren’t a good idea. So much for Porch Swing Properties theory on open houses? The Porch Swing Property agent was also to busy to show up for our closing at 8:30 am. Hmmm… too busy at 8:30 am? Please do your homework when selecting a real estate agent. Don’t be naïve like we were!!!
