My two girls have been attending swim lessons for two summers now and they are fantastic. The ratio of instructor to student is amazing — most times about 2 – 3 instructors per 5 kids. Plus, there is always 1 – 2 lifeguards patrolling the pool.

Fun, fun, fun in the ghetto! OK, it’s not that bad, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. For $ 9.50, me and my two little monsters had a blast frolicking in the water the other Saturday. Big indoor pool with a really fast water slide, basketball hoop, water-​dumping buckets from high above and plenty of shallow areas for little ones. For a little extra, you can climb the rock wall too. Great way to spend the day. Just don’t forget to lock your car doors and carry mace.
