iEnhance iPhone Repair

While the price quoted by the after hours girl $ 40 to get my phone repaired was 10 bucks shy of the repair cost $ 50 I was quoted by the repair tech the following day.
I feel all in all they did a good job of repairing my phone as the tech spend over 40 min taking my phone down to its base parts and installing new ones.
I like the fact that they use a checkin sheet to document any problems with your phone before they start repairing it… I think this serves two things
One it stops people from taking a more broken phone than discussed in for a repair and then blaming the tech for pre-​exsisting problems.
Secondly if something that was working, is now not working the repair shop will know it was the repair techs fault and seek to fix the problem.
This function test sheet should solve most of the problems I’ve seen in some of the reviews.

Okay… I went in for an iPhone 6 today since my iPhone 5s had a cracked screen. My brother had an update and long story short I was going to use his update. I found out that it would be cheaper to fix my cracked screen and trade in my phone to AT&T rather than use my brothers update.
SO I went to the iEnhance iPhone repair in Vancouver mall and thought it was going to be $ 120 and ready in 45 minutes to an hour. Two hours later it still wasn’t done… three hours… four… etc. It finally hit around 8pm (5hrs later) that I was LIVID. They told me that they can’t get my iPhone to turn back on and that they will try again tomorrow and if they can’t get it fixed tomorrow I would have to wait 5 – 10 business days to get their insurance in the process of getting me a new phone.
Long story short I NO LONGER HAVE AN IPHONE! They can’t get my phone to turn back on and want me to make the drive back tomorrow to see if the manager can fix it. and he refused to come help me today because it was his day off!!! When I asked for a loner phone… guess what. couldn’t get the iPhone 4 to turn on either… PLUS they still are asking $ 120 if they can even get it fixed.
Well my day off was ruined and I now have no phone. I am BEYOND mad and don’t want anyone to ever have to deal with this business.

They were super fast and went over everything before they started. They answered all my questions and had the phone done within 30 minutes. Everything works great and the phone looks brand new!

My husband took my iPhone in to get my cracked screen repaired. They we’re quick and friendly. A little pricey but cheaper then buying a new phone.

I was at the mall in Clackamas OR with a jacked up iPhone screen and came across iEnhance by accident. 2 hrs later I had my cool new purple iPhone with a beautiful new screen. The gal assured me that whatever worked on my phone before she fixed my screen would work after. I got home (in Spokane WA) and realized that my buttons for the volume did not work. I contacted iEnhance and was taken care of immediately. I did have send my phone back to them but the customer service was impeccable and I felt really taken care of… oh, they did cover my shipping which was incredibly nice as I was out of town.
