Fourth Plain One Hour Dry Cleaning

Needed my military dress uniform cleaned for a funeral detail on last minute notice. My wife was nice enough to drop it off for me while I was at work. She dropped off around 10, which is kind of late for their same day service, but when we came back around five it was good to go. Owner was nice, and he just asked that we come earlier, around 8 if we needed same day service again. I was just happy to have a clean uniform. Thanks!

My husband and I have been going to him for almost 6 years. The first time I went in was for «One Hour» service at 3 in the afternoon and was given a lecture on their policy to same day service. I honestly thought I was on some comedy show and Ellen was going to pop up from behind the camera to laugh at me, but she didn’t. I was really in need of a One Hour dry cleaner like they had in California, but I was not so lucky to find ok one here. I honestly didn’t think I would go back, but they actually did a really nice job and had a turn around of less than 24 hours AND… A same day turn around if you bring it in before the crack of dawn or the night before. They even have a drop bin to utilize, don’t forget to leave your name and phone number with your clothes in the bag and a list of items you had in your bag. I don’t know what time it has to be there by, but I usually get it there by 8am.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE, owner is an absolute doll under that tongue lasher.
About a year ago, on my way to get my dry cleaning that I desperately needed in an hour & right before they closed, I locked myself out of my house & my car with my husband 45 min away with the spare key and the lockout service at least an hour out. I called & begged the owner to stay open for an extra 15 min for my husband to get to there, the owner caught me completely off guard and actually offered to drive to my stuff to my house half way across town. I told him that it wasn’t necessary to go so far out of his way since my husband could be there in 15. The owner did in fact wait for my husband to show up. I was so taken aback by the gesture I will probably never go anywhere else.
Also, as another tip, do not lose your slips, this will greatly upset the owner. I think he has a funny system and he really needs those slips. Take a picture of it with your phone or something, I think it’s the number he needs…

I got the lovely task of driving a newlywed’s belongings to their wedding reception a few days after the wedding. The morning I was leaving, found the couples clothes (suit & walk out dress) wadded up in the trunk with a note to please wash/​dry clean. In a tight pinch I searched same day dry cleaning and found this place.
I did get the lecture (as others mentioned) on dropping off late (after 9am) for same day, but the owner still said he could do it and get it done before I left for California. I consider that excellent service!
They’re good at what they do and deserve all 5 stars.

Really great job for the price. I take my clothes there every week, and the owner is actually pretty cool. It takes a while for him to warm up to you, but once he does He will have no problem helping you out.
My clothes always turn out perfect. One time one of the buttons on my shirt broke and he replaced all the buttons for free. The prices are pretty cheap. I think I was paying $ 1.75 per shirt. He also does hemming.
I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in a tight spot. If you do need same day pick up it’s important that you bring it early in the morning. Although sometimes he may be able to do it if you come a little later, but you might be charged a little extra. You may also get a lecture about when to bring your clothes in. lol. At first I was taken aback by the fact that I was being lectured about how to bring my clothes in, but then I realized that he’s just really passionate about his business.
Every time I’ve been there I’ve Nevers not seen the owner there. Poor guy, needs a day off! Went there this morning at 7 AM sure enough there he was. They except credit cards at no extra charge. So far have not found a reason to look elsewhere.

This place really helped me when I was in a jam. We were in PDX/​Vancouver for vacation, I needed something dry cleaned «same day» and this Dry-​Cleaner stepped up and had my laundry ready in 4 hours. Excellent turnaround time, great service and really helped me out. Thank you!

I called to see about having my Uniform dry cleaned quickly, as I am on Military orders to be a Casualty assistant at about 8:40 in the morning. The female on the phone was saying we had to get t there quickly if we wanted it done that day, and I asked about her one hour service. She said usually those were done early morning, and why could I not drop it off. I told her I was pretty much in this uniform until my duties were done in a week, but I needed it cleaned for a funeral on Sunday. She asked how soon I could be there, and I said I think 20 minutes, and she said if I hurried and could be there in that time, they would wait for me to do their darks. I asked when I would get it back– and she said about 1100. Now– first off– this isn’t an hour (maybe I am naïve on dry cleaning) and two– that is an additional hour after that I would spend putting my uniform together. I asked if I could drop it off on Saturday, and she said they were closed.
I asked if I could call the woman I am helping and I would be on my way if I could. I called them back a moment later to ask the cost estimate for a skirt and a suit jacket. A male got on the phone (the owner?) and started yelling. ‘I need to get here. I am slowing him down. I no be here in twenty minutes he start without me.’ I said Sir, I am just trying to find the cost. and he replied that it would be double because I was last minute and he would tell me when I got there. I tried to say Sir– I can bring it tomorrow but he went back into I was holding him up– and all this time in a raised voice. I told him ‘Sir, it seems that by your yelling at me, and not answering my questions, you do not want my business, I will take it elsewhere. ‘
I never even made it there. But my the over the phone manners, I am sure I never will find out, and I am sorry for this. I would have hoped for a good relationship.
