Zero stars, trying to GPS this place is ridiculous. Drove around the parking lot at Tech Center for half an hour looking for this location, finally Google it and find out it’s inside another building. Another 15 minutes to find the front of this giant building and find parking, then I had to get security to allow me even into the building! Walked through the middle of a buffet and presentation on some medical thing in the lobby, kept walking and eventually wayyyy back in a tiny lobby corner there is a tiny branch. Told the girl it was difficult to find the place and she was extremely rude and obviously did not care I was frustrated. All this for a simple $ 50 deposit! I have never ever had this miserable an experience at any first tech location. Will NEVER be going back to this location, it should be taken off google maps entirely if it is going to be this difficult to patronage.

I’ve worked with several banks and there have been high and low points, but most of the time you were just an account number. It’s not okay, but we’re used to being treated that way.
I was introduced to Addison Avenue FCU by a friend of mine and really only intended to open a checking & savings account. Of course we got to talking about car loans, mortgages and there was a total absence of pressure.
In less than 48 hours I had a checking, savings, and two refinanced car loans, dropping my monthly by $ 400 and the interest 5 – 6 points. The process was efficient and I was kept fully informed throughout.
