The 5-star eviews are mostly from people who actually haven’t purchased a Manor Home. I moved into mine in early May, 2012(Falcon’s Nest, in NE Vancouver). I was usually able to track down someone for warranty items(irrigation system issues, front door fit, minor electrical). Now, eight months later, the grout in the master bath shower is developing large, wide cracks along the corners, some extending 5-feet up the shower wall. I have tried for over 8 weeks to get repairs. I call the«Warranty Department»(the name of the voice mail box; actually, a voice mail box that is seldom checked and never followed up on) 2 — 3 times a week. After all this itme, I have received two responses from the person responsible for warranty work(currently Travis Saban, the third guy I’ve tried to work with in Manor’s movable chairs of warranty service people). In both cases, Mr. Travis stated I would be contacted within 24-hours to schedule repairs. In both case, I was not contacted. It appears to have just been BS to keep putting off any actual work. Manor Homes doesn’t appear to have an actual«Warranty Department,» just an endless circle of homeowners leaving messages, with little, if any, real follow-up. Warranty work is a normal part of doing business, as any home builder knows. As far as Falcon’s Nest goes, there is no warranty department. Manor is too busy throwing up homes in new developments, selling them as quickly as possible, and, once the papers have been signed, leaving their home owners to fend for themselves. Buyer beware.

I had a chance to walk through these beautiful homes last week. I was impressed. Very nicely built homes in a great neighborhood and VERY reasonable prices.

Well built, great looking new homes! These homes have a nice flow/layout. You guys are doing a great job, and as an inspector, I enjoy inspecting your homes :)
