Terrible company, terrible customer service, unethical & I would definitely not use them if I were you. I was told that I HAD to lease their equipment, which is not the case. I’ve had the equipment for 11 months but can’t use it. I’ve done tech support & replaced the equipment with no results. I was also told I would have a rate review after we were up & running, that never happened. I was also told that the equipment lease would not be on my personal credit & it is. I would NOT use them ever again & am trying my hardest to switch to someone else moving forward. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.
