Dutch Bros Coffee

Great coffee. We come a lot. Either location seems to be the same. Good service. Loud young people work here, can be a little obnoxious at times.

I love coffee but the last few times I came here the people kept adding to much sweetener to my coffee after asking them to not make it to sweet. I brush the 2 times off I came and gave it another shot I said I like the taste of the coffee please don’t make it to sweet and Bam! It tasted more sweet than the last times.

So now I just take 2 sugars in my Americano and that’s it. Medium Americano with 2 sugars. Simple enough, right! Nothing complex. They always ask if I want cream and I ALWAYS say no. Last 4 or 5 times, they have put the cream in anyway or just cream… WTH? It’s like they can’t fathom sugar without cream.
Compared to everyone else Dutch Bros coffee is just too weak for cream in my opinion. When they put that effing cream in, it just makes it that much weaker. I guess I need to taste it before driving off or boycott this location.

I love dutch brothers. From the bay area north, they are consistent and fun to visit. This one, However… Well… I ordered my drink… Half-​sweet almond milk er911. They made it.
First time: regular milk. Realized after driving away.
Returned, remade: They gave me back the whole milk drink.
Returned, remade: Third drink was correct. Almond milk, coffee. However, the shots were torched pretty bad.
Honest mistakes… But frustrating still. I’ll attempt them again soon and reevaluate.

Look… If you have to yell «what?» whenever i say a word while you are hanging out the window. then maybe your music is up too loud. I know coffee is a taste thing and i think dutch is very sweet. i have ordered quarter sweet before and still think its much.

Love the staff! Always pleased with our beverages. So glad to be back in the PNW where they know coffee! Also enjoy the more affordable price.

I hope this review gets to the owners/​managers of this location.
This location is so close to my house and used to be great. However I have noticed that the wait times continue to get longer with the staff more interested in having full conversations with each customer than actually making the coffee. I love Dutch Brothers and am a fan of all other Vancouver locations. There is a difference between being friendly (which DB is known for) versus holding up the line while you catch up with old friends or try to get a date with the guy in the next car. On several occasions, the runners (whose job is to keep things moving and get orders in) have held up the line so long that there is a huge gap between them and the window. At that point the barista at the window is waiting on them. I have mentioned this to the staff and it just continues to get worse. Just today there were three staff members hanging in the window of one of the cars while the line continued to get longer and longer. Even though this location is close to my house, I will go to another location from now on.

Super friendly staff. Super good coffee mixed with cow juice in the best way possible. There may be better coffee out there on it’s own, but Dutch Bros have mastered adding things to their drinks to make them more addictive than crack.

They’re coffee isn’t that good whenever I buy it from here it upsets my stomach. Not to mention they always have a long line and takes at least 30 mins to get a coffee, definitely not worth the wait. If you are looking to try something new I recommend their Italian sodas. About the only delicious thing they have their and if you’re not in a hurry it’s worth waiting in line.

Tried dutch brothers a few times and didn’t like it because everything is so milky and dense. I asked for a latte, but could taste much caffeine, rather, I felt like drink hot whole milk.

Such awesome people and great drinks too! Usually it’s pretty long wait but it wasn’t today! High five to the team on Fourth Plain!

Best Dutch brothers I’ve ever been to. Was greeted at our car with a very friendly girl whom loved our dogs and talked to us whole we waited. She seemed positive and had great energy. Her customer service was 10 star. Then we where helped by an equally high energy lovely girl. She was very sweet and loved on our 3 dogs! It’d you live in Vancouver our are just driving thru make this Dutch brothers your first stop. I only left there five minutes ago :-)

Asked them for raffle stuff for a fundraiser we are planning. They really came through for us. Thanks Dutch Bros!

Although the people are friendly they get my drink wrong every single time :(I order a small carmalizer freeze with the works and extra Carmel drizzle… Not «extra sweet» but extra of the Carmel on the cup. They never do it right even though I explain it throughly every single time :(

Usually theyre all awesome… minus the long lines… but This specific location was dissapointing. Non energetic baristas and a little bothered that the price of my drink was a buck more from what the menu board stated. no changes or additions in my order… hunh.

I’m an avid coffee drinker, and the friendly staff and affordable prices keep me coming back for more. the only thing that I don’t like about this establishment is that they aren’t 24 hours :(but regardless a 5 scoop blackberry peach Italian soda with no works is my go to choice, and is always made with precision here. check them out you haven’t already you won’t be disappointed!

Loved my experience. A young man comes out on his skateboard takes my order. I get up to the window the peoples are excited and laughing and attentive.

Is there ever anything you can say about a Dutch bros that’s negative?! I’m astounded this place doesn’t have a complete 5 star rating. This is one of the busiest Dutch Bros I’ve seen to date, but man they know how to handle a busy flow of traffic! I was incredibly impressed with how well they were running orders to the cars and having drinks ready by the time you drove up.
Kelsey recommended a fantastic drink, and was incredibly friendly and just a pleasure to be around! It’s places with staff like this that make you want to keep coming back!

Best coffee place to go to in all of Vancouver! I go here everyday! I bring my Dutchies refillable iced cup & get .50 cents off. My kids love it & my husband is hooked too! Fast, friendly & fun! Always loud fast upbeat music & the kids that work here are the best! I absolutely am in love with Dutch Brothers & this place is most def my joint :)
