We have DeWils cabinetry throughout our entire home and couldn’t’ be happier. I was worried about doing white painted cabinets in our kitchen due to the fact that I have a rambunctious little boy and dogs — but they are so easy to maintain! I just wipe off the spots with a damp towel and they look good as new. Having lived with crappy cabinets in the past, we love the sturdiness of the cabinets, doors and shelves and the soft close drawers and doors. Would highly recommend!

We went to DeWils to get a quote on a custom bathroom vanity, and that’s where it ends. The guy we spoke with took all our information and said he was two weeks behind and would get back with us within 3 weeks. Three months later and not a peep! I guess when you are busy the small jobs that keep you alive during a bad economy don’t matter. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

The worst customer service. I’m only shopping here because it’s he only local place who had Jenn air stove top replacement in stock. On hold 8 minutes transferred three times before I got to someone

I bought my cabinets from DeWils and it was a horrible experience! I am a Real Estate Broker and have dealt with many companies over the years. I went to Dewils as I was trying to buy local not made in China cabinets. The mistakes were ongoing and I am fatigued with all of the mess I had to deal with. I paid over $ 13,000 for cabinets in a galley kitchen and some are wood and most are not as they are a veneer. None of this was explained to us so I would have to say their people are antiquated and non of them are really interested in doing excellent work. Some of the cabinets are cream underneath from a laminate and 2 are wood. Again it wasn’t explained to us. They appear to be used to disasters and deal with them so casually. I would have to write a short novel to explain all that happened but be very careful buying from DeWils as customer service has gone to the wayside. I wouldn’t recommend them or use them again that is for sure. Disaster after disaster! Go to EastBank Appliances on Hawthorne and ask for Thom as he was so knowledgeable and I wished in hindsight that I had bought all my appliances from Thom. Also if you have a problem with an appliance Thom gets on the phone and talks to the manufacturer. EastBank were the best customer service by far and carried all the high end appliances! I feel like I should have asked for ½ off my bill for all the problems I had to deal with. Also they have these installers that could care less about workmanship as they are all about getting in and out of your house.

The service here is horrible. I just built a million dollar home. Spent 65K on appliances here. Three of which were non functional the day we moved in. When calling to report the issue and speaking with 4 different people including my project manager, they gave me the phone number of the manufacturer(Wolf) to call and have them deal with it. They refused to help me or make it right.

We have just purchased a new home but have not moved in yet and bought several appliances from DeWils. I had a question about the installation on the dryer. The manager did not know the answer and was going to call me back. Instead he sent a technician within the hour, who waited for me to return back at our new home. The tech explained my concerns and gave me some interesting tips and information on the rest of my appliances. Awesome service. I will also add that the prices we paid on the appliances were great. Nice discounts especially on the washer, dryer and stands. Thanks Ron.

I am remodeling a bathroom and am replacing a pedestal sink with a vanity and solid counter top. I intended to do most of the work myself as I have had experience installing solid counter tops in my other bathrooms. I hired DeWils to make a simple vanity cabinet. I purchased the solid counter top from another supplier. I visited DeWils and met with the cabinet specialist. I picked out the cabinet doors and finish for the cabinet. The vanity cabinet will go in a corner, so I only needed a finished end panel on one side. The salesman, Jim, prepared a diagram of the cabinet on his computer and printed it out. I agreed with the design and ordered the cabinet. I picked up the cabinet and was surprised to find three boxes at the warehouse. I took everything home and opened the boxes. I find that my vanity cabinet is only ¾ complete. The second box contained the finished end panel for my cabinet, and the third box had a ¼″ x 4−½″ x 8′ piece of finished material to cover the 30″ long kick plate at the base of my vanity cabinet. The end panel is larger than my cabinet and is not cut to fit. I called Jim, the salesman, and asked why my cabinet is not complete. He said that I need to cut the end panel and the toe kick material to fit the cabinet and glue them in place. I do not have a table saw, so I now need to hire someone to complete my cabinet. At the time I ordered the cabinet, Jim did not inform me that I would not receive a complete cabinet and that I would need a table saw, glue and clamps to finish building the cabinet myself. Based on the drawing and our discussion, I believed that I was going to receive a complete cabinet. I called Jim to ask if I could bring back the pieces of my cabinet and have them complete the assembly of the cabinet. He said that I would have to pay them more money to complete my cabinet. I am not willing to haul everything back to DeWils at my own expense and pay them more money to complete the job that they should have done in the first place. I must say that my experience with DeWils was very negative, and their customer service to resolve this problem is horrible. I cannot recommend DeWils to anyone.
