Established in 2007.

November 1, 2007 we became owners of what was then Paradise Café & Espresso Bar serving lunches and light breakfasts with the focus on creative made to order sandwiches, scratch soups, quiche and salads. Great coffee was almost secondary to the location though our primary purpose in business. Half the daily revenue was in food. When the stock market crashed Fall of 2009 food revenue went to virtually zero over night. It was a blessing in disguise. A few months of struggling with the food issue we made to decision to strictly focus on our core business intent, coffee, and never looked back. We weathered the long recession while many businesses went under and today are stronger than ever.

This is Specialty Coffee as it should be. Coffee as Culinary, Passion without Pretense. We have adopted the simple principle if it can be made in house, it will be made in house. We roast our own beans, have pastries delivered every morning, blend our own chai, make our own syrups and chocolate sauce
