Cascade Park Self Storage

So much more polite than any other unit I’ve used. The new management is fantastic. Very accommodating and helpful. They have great security so you know your stuff is safe. Price is overall average but if I have to use a storage unit again, I would use Cascade Park Self Storage. They also have uhaul vehicles available and they offer you discounts if you reference people to rent their units. Well worth it!

The new management is awesome. Very friendly. The security is top notch. Very professional and clean. I would recommend this company to anyone. They ate very accommodating to your needs.

I had two units here for a few months while we were staging and then selling our house.
I found the people running the place to be pleasant, competent and professional. The rates were much lower than some of the other places I’ve used in the area.
All of my units had drive up access which was really nice after having to access other units with elevators.
I will definitely go back next time I need temporary storage!

I’ve never used a storage facility before so I was a little hesitant about the entire process. Plus, I had questions: Will my ‘stuff’ be safe? What are the chances of the my unit flooding? How do I get access? What happens if I am late on a payment? Etc.
Upon arriving at Cascade Park Self Storage, I found the managers (a husband and wife team) very friendly, accommodating and patient. They answered all of my questions and explained everything about the process to my complete satisfaction with ease AND a smile.
After assuring that none of the units had ever flooded, and showing me several units to determine the right size, they threw in several free wooden pallets and furniture pads to protect my possessions further.
Renters have 24 hour access by keypad code, and the convenience of paying the monthly fees by mail, walk-​in, or the online website. The facility is very CLEAN, freshly painted, well lit and maintained, and in great location just off Hwy 14 & 164^th. There are no minimum or maximum rental period restrictions, so it’s easy to upgrade or downgrade to another unit or move out at the end of the month.
Trucks can be rented onsite, if needed. The website is comprehensive. And phone calls and emails are responded to in a timely manner. I was fortunate to get in on a special deal that shaved $ 46 off my monthly bill for a limited time!
I would have given 5 stars, except that they don’t take American Express cards, there’s some pooling of water in the teeny tiny parking lot, and there is no lighting inside the units (altho I’m assuming the latter is probably typical).
