This is the second time I have used Benchmark, and I am really happy with their work. They are professional and their process really seems to get the stains out. I am surprised by the low ratings below as this doesn’t sound like the company I’ve dealt with.

Don’t use benchmark. They will rip you off. If you do use them, watch them like a hawk or they will add charges for services you don’t need. You can find much better carpet Cleaners in the area.

Sean came out after our senior dog had an accident, and there was no horrible smell, just clean, fresh, carpets, when they were done. Months later, that same pet had another accident, but this time, I went with a less expensive company, to save money, but unfortunately, the smell from the cleaning agent they used was too overpowering, so I called Benchmark, and they squeezed us in at the end of that same day. Sean, the same professional who came last time, came out again, and re-​cleaned our carpets. Ahhhh, no smell of citrus/​cleaning agent. I will definitely call Benchmark, again! Thanks Janna, for fitting us in same day, midday, when I called! You all are gems!

Benchmark ruined my beautiful white couch. It now has reddish orange dripping from the buttons and down the sides the skirt around the bottom is all wrinkled .
It was a very beautiful couch, but not anymore, I have called them many times to ask what they are going to do about it, the y always say someone will call me back, and they never do. They obviously don’t know about different fabrics, and they don’t care. They also took a wool rug out to clean, and told me it would take a week to –10 days after 4 weeks I had not heard from them, it finally came back looking Judy as bad as it did when they took it to clean. I will never use them again, and will tell everyone I know about the horrible service.
