Bath and body works is a chain lotion/​candle/​smell good store. The classic scents are still around, warm vanilla sugar which takes me back to middle school days. Is there cucumber melon? I’m not sure but that would be awesome.
Back on track.
The staff is always friendly and even though the stuff is overpriced, there are coupons for everything.

I’ll drive to Portland if I need to shop here or order online.
The staff didn’t listen to what I was asking, cut me off a couple of times, and then both associates gave me conflicting answers to policies regarding the company.
This is the first time in ten years of me using Wexler products, that I couldn’t purchase a product in the store for the online price. Every other location I have ever shopped at (Utah, Oregon, and California) allowed me to do this.
I won’t shop at this location again.

I’ll just write my general view on bath and body works here, as I have had similar experiences at the other shops. What I love about bath and body works is that they hire people who seem like they genuinely want to be there (whether they want to be there or not, being a good actress is good too)! I am always greeted with a smile and assisted when I ask for assistance. I love the friendly atmosphere. Now here is something that does not please me: the increase in candle prices. The products here really do smell good but the price point makes me contemplate whether I really want to spend that much on a lotion that might not last that long on my skin. Nevertheless, I still do go crazy (especially during their semiannual sales). P. S: I love the sink where you can try out their soaps!

The products are of great quality. They are on the spendy side though. I love the semi-​annual sale though! I get $ 3 lotions. I get about 4 and they last me until the next sale.
This location has wonderful customer service. I recently purchased the Moonlit Path Body Cream, but I bought the wrong scent and when I came in to exchange there were no problems. I also love how you can try out the latest hand soaps and lotions!
