I have to say… this Bank of America branch truly deserves 5 stars. I walked in with 15 minutes to deal with two issues for which I’d have to talk to a banker. Didn’t think it was going to happen but this branch exceeded my expectations.
The teller line was short and I was greeted when I reached the front. I explained by problem and that I was short on time. Then teller then brought over a manager who introduced me to a banker right away. The banker worked quickly and was excellent at multitasking. She took care of both of things I needed as well as updated my profile and gave me helpful information about a credit card offer. She was friendly and wonderful to work with. Actually, she was the best banker I’ve ever worked with during my past seven years with the bank.

Service has always been polite and fast. I really appreciate that there is not only a drive-​through line for the ATM, but also two seperate ones for customers, and there is generally not a long wait.
Pretty easy to buzz in and out of without wasting a good chunk of your day.
