Very fresh food, extra easy to get to. Had the chicken taquitos, came in a bundle of 4 w choice of black or pinto beans, rice, fresh avocado and sour cream w side of chips. Wife had the chicken quesadilla with all the fixings. While it was fast service in a fast food kind of store the food was very fresh and authentic. No military or good-looking senior citizens discount but the manager heard me ask and took $ 2 off the tab. Restrooms clean. That’s customer service! We’ll certainly be back!

This place is anything other then fresh I use to love coming here Intell my last visit the older man that I believe is the manager was extremely rude. The food was ok but guys come on clean up the ceiling fans and all the grease in the kitchen. Dining room was ok but would love to see it clean :)

Good step up from Taco Bell, this location was a little messy last time I visited.

We have been eating at the Baja on Hwy. 99 in Vancouver, WA for 4 years now. We love this place. The food is usually spot on, and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Last night I got a Baja Ultimo for the first time. I was really disappointed in the quality of that particular burrito. I usually love all their food, so this is really a first for me. I really think they should take it off the menu. The problem lies in the fact that they use a lot of mushy rice, some roasted vegetables which are also mushy and then they put sour cream in there. I ordered chicken as my protein and I could hardly find any pieces of it at all. Mostly just mushy rice with sour cream and soggy veggies. There was not even any salsa or anything to spice it up. It was very bland. If someone was coming into the restaurant and ordered that on their first visit, I guarantee you they would never be back. Please take that thing off your menu! For your own good! Or have them pack it was some protein instead of all that mushy rice.

Clean, well run establishment. I’ve been frequenting this place for more than a year now because their chicken tortilla soup keeps bringing me back. Every time I’ve gone their quality has been consistent and the food has been great. The staff is always friendly and the service is very prompt.

First time going to Baja Fresh, it’s a better version of a fast food place. You pick your own seat and have to go order at the front otherwise the food is excellent! I got the shrimp fajita and it was delicious! Shrimp was grilled just right and everything was fresh and tasty :) price was good and inside was very clean!

I usually like Baja Fresh but the mango salsa here tasted bad, like old, and my burrito was cold.

Not very good. I had baja bowl, wife had chicken bowl, sons each had nachos, one with chicken, one without. Plenty of food, however it was not good. We were 0⁄4 and ate less than half. The steak tasted like cheap beef with a hint of liver taste. All 4 were cold, the shredded cheese they put on the nachos was not melted. My teenage boys did not eat nachos, enough said.

I have never been disappointed here. But then I always order the same thing each time,(not on the menu) the Dos-manos. Its a super large burrito cut in two, served with salad and chips for a very small price. The service has always been good each time. The service is kind and respectful(I like that) The place is always being cleaned by some worker. Whats not to like about this fast food place, and its healthy food !

Showed up at 8:40 this evening. Door and website clearly state they are supposed to be open until 9pm. The door was locked. The two employees looked at us laughing. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Good food, a tick above your standard«fast food» as its made with all fresh ingredients. Menu is a little confusing & staff is kind of in a rush when I go in but seriously the food makes up for it.

For Vancouver, this is as good as it has gotten so far so that is why i have given it the five star rating. Doesn’t compare to Socal Mexican but nothing in this state has so far.

Used to be good. Lately counter staff not very friendly and way too much salt in food, like I had to throw away half of my $ 7.80 burrito this afternoon because it was just too salty to eat. I guess I could’ve wrapped it up and driven back to ask for another one, but…

Friendliest of any Baja Fresh I think I’ve ever been to. Shout out to a very courteous cashier, Tatiana. This location satisfies the chain’s consistent menu and tasty salsa bar. Pretty packed for lunch, but still considerably clean. If I’m back in the area, I’ll definitely be back.

Nice clean atmosphere. Good customer service. Excellent tasting and well presented food that looks quality and fresh. A step up in the world of tacos, etc, among the other players in town. I know this is a chain style restaurant but this isn’t like a Taco Bell. I’m a fan.

I was shocked last night that they have changed their menu. However, I attempted to order my favorite shrimp diablo burrito that I have always ordered in the past AND they smiled and cooked it. So that pretty much cements my love of this restaurant and yes I will be back for more.

En sumario: Mexican food fix when you need it fast Although its no Chipotle, Baja Fresh has maintained itself to be a good fast food place for Mexican food that emphasizes quality of ingredients and preparation. The menu offers a variety of options, and I always enjoy filling up my single-serving containers at the salsa bar for my chips. I usually order the Burrito Mexicano with pinto beans, mild salsa, and either chicken or steak. The burrito is filling and the tasty salsa with chips tops off my experience to be a generally positive one. This particular location has friendly and fast service. The employees are nice and smile at you. This location is often popular and busy, even towards closing time. When I want a Mexican food fix that is fast and affordable, this is where I like to go in my neighborhood. Unless a Chipotle opens nearby. Ha ha!

The only reason this place didn’t get 5 stars from me is that I think the front counter girls could be a lot nicer. Other than that, this place is off the hook! Been coming here for about 4 months now. Food is super fresh & super good! Love the fresh guacamole :)

This Baja Fresh is going downhill… We used to eat here about once a month… and liked it enough to continue doing so. Hadn’t been here in a while so we had it tonight. Wife’s tostada salad was pretty stale, several of the chips in the order of chips were pure grease, and they have changed their queso dip to something of a darker color and thicker texture. I had the chicken burrito ultimo and it was still as good as I remember Overall, they’re slipping… which is too bad given the lack of choices for quick eats on our side of town…
