I was very disappointed with the experience I had here. I bought a new iPhone 5s and a case on 7÷16÷2014. I was told by the sales person that I could return the old phone for credit of $ 50 after I took both phones home and backed up the old phone and transferred the data to the new one. She said the credit would be «essentially like covering the cost of the case». When I tried to return the old phone for the credit today 7÷19÷2014 and spoke with Kory he said they would only give me $ 19 for the old phone in the form of credit toward a NEW purchase. I was shocked. When I told him that I don’t like being basically lied to, he suggested I could probably get more for the phone on Craig’s list or eBay. This is really BADBUSINESS! Do not believe what they tell you, you could be in for a big negative surprise when you try to follow up.

Absolutely outstanding! I brought my grandmother into this location because we needed to get her a new phone and port her number over off of tracphone. Let’s just face it, she’s stuck in the dark ages of 2007 with that darn thing! I was pretty set on either getting her a super basic flip phone, or an iPhone because those are the phones that I’m the most comfortable with and figured she would know how to navigate the easiest. She than started telling me that she wanted to text message. Well, there goes the basic phone option. I had her play with the iPhone and she was like a lost little puppy on it! We had been checked in to wait for a rep because they were pretty busy, even for a weekday afternoon! Austin came up and approached us after just a couple of minutes of waiting and took us straight over to an Android phone and put the phone in «easy mode» and showed my grandma how simple it was to use it and she absolutely loved it! It was so easy for her to navigate and she felt really confident in what she could do with it. Austin walked us throughout the entire transaction beautifully. Showed us all of our options with our plan and set us up on a really great plan that allows us to share data, showed us the my AT&T application so I can track who’s using what data, and even showed us the ISIS application that allows us to do tap to pay features! Free Jamba juice?! What’s up! My grandma left extremely happy with her purchase, and I was relieved to have had someone who was so easy to work with and made her feel so comfortable with making the transition to so much more of a phone than what she’s used to. Reps will do everything they can to help the customer, but make sure to make an appointment online or by calling them. The line can get crazy long because its the only corporate store in the area.

Arrived to pick up a new phone. Been waiting for over an hour and still no service. We were originally told to expect a 20min. wait. It’s been 3 times that and we’re still waiting. I would have left by now, but my better half is desperate to get a new phone. Will never ever ever return here. Ever. The manager is present, but not assisting anyone. I can’t imagine she doesn’t know how to work the register. Really unbelievable. If your time is valuable, go somewhere else!
