Joan is amazing. After doing my own taxes for years using an online software, I decided to go see a professional after this years taxes came out with us owing $ 1000 between our state and federal returns when we’d never owed before. Going to see a professional payed off, we ended up breaking even, (actually, we got back $ 33) after Joan applied her knowledge and skill to our tax returns. She saved us, now that I know how much I missed out on doing them myself, I’m going to have her help me amend the past 3 year’s returns.
I also sent a friend to see Joan after my great experience. My friend went in expecting to owe $ 800 to Oregon state but came out with a federal return of over $ 2000!
