So far the experience to make an appointment and confirm have not been pleasant-​both times with a Chaunte who is short, condescending. When I called a week ago to see if there were any other opening so I could change my existing one, she cancelled it after we spoke. It was a good thing I called back to check on something and found out she had removed my appointment. When they tell you your appointment is 9am with the consultation nurse, your actual appointment is really 9.30.They make you come in ½ an hour earlier without telling you. Yes, paper work takes 10mins? I hoped the docters’ altitude towards the patients are much better than Chaunte’s.Will see!
