If I could give it a 0 I would. EVERY SINGLE ORDER I have done has had issues EVERY SINGLE ONE. I was given a credit for all their ERRORS from my last orders like incorrect cutting, mis-​shipments, missing reprinted items etc and I used it last week. (thinking and hoping they had gotten better) OF COURSE my order again has issues. They tell you it shipped, in fact it NEVER SHIPPED! I called and they said oh it shipped and you will for sure receive today. Only after I INSISTED they check and give me a real tracking # (since it said it was not valid and they said I would receive today) did they come back and say it DID NOT IN FACT SHIP. Their call center is not even in the facility or US for that matter. They said they had production issues. Not only do they have production issues they have TRUTH issues and customer service issues.

HORRIBLE! A NIGHTMARE! Mistake #1: Website told me job #1 337 885 would be ready for pick-​up at L.A. location by Friday, August 29. The website showed still «printing» status all through that weekend. I called on September 2 to find out what happened. Call center (located in the Philippines) says «Oops. It was actually ready on Friday.» Website didn’t update and I never got an email or phone call saying it was ready. I explained that my client (whom I had designed the business cards for) was near the L.A. location, so she would pick them up. I get a call from call center rep (Aya Marie) saying they apologize for the delay and not notifying me that they were ready in time, and that she was authorized to extend a refund of the full amount (minus taxes). It would take up to 7 days to process the refund. I apologize to my client and tell her that I would extend the refund to her for the delay, and it should be done in a week. Mistake #2: I get a phone call from Uprinting after my client picks up her cards. «Oops. We accidentally gave her someone else’s business cards in addition to hers because that other order had a similar customer name as yours (Jon Kwon, not John Kwon),» and that they often give out products based on name alone, and not by the unique job number. I had to call my client and ask her to return to Uprinting (L.A.) to drop off the cards that were not hers. Major embarrassment. I ask them to change their delivery process to confirm job number so this doesn’t happen again. They tell me they don’t make those decisions, but VAN NUYS makes those decisions on processes and policies. Mistake #3: After a week and no refund in my bank account, I call about it. Philippines rep says «Oops. The refund ticket was created, but it was closed without the refund being processed.» She puts me on hold, comes back, says she spoke to Accounting and assures me that the refund would be processed and appear in my bank account within 24 hours. Mistake #4: After two days, I still see no refund, so I call again and eventually speak to a manager. «Oops. Oh, refunds can take up to 5 business days to process, not 24 hours.» Mistake #5: I wait 5 business days and still see no refund, so I call again. First rep says «Oh, it can actually take up to 7 business days.» I ask to speak to Accounting. Yazmin Bobis (accounting) tells me that she sees that both previous times, the refund ticket was created, but no refund was processed. Also, she tells me that it doesn’t take 7 business days, but up to 5. She can offer no explanation for why I was told by a rep that Accounting would process it in 24 hours a week prior, when they actually never processed the refund. This time, she assures me that she is actually processing the refund (not just creating a ticket) and I’ll see it in my account within 24 hours. That was today (September 16). I’ve been dealing with this mess, and embarrassing myself to my client, since the end of August. WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED! A COMPLETE AND UTTER NIGHTMARE THAT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED!

I was contacted by the customer rep again. This time she offered a reimbursement of the cost that I paid for the extra canvas. I am not a fan yet, but they did take an an extra step to resolve the problem so i am giving them a 4 star rating. Again, the canvas quality is good so if you are looking for a good canvas printing, this is not a bad choice. I just had a not so pleasant experience in the beginning. Hopefully next time will be better.

Ordered 5,000 brochures, they came on time, good quality and at an excellent price. Would definitely recommend.

I am beyond angry with this company and will never use them again. They do not deliver as promised and their printing quality is less than average. 1. When I arrived to pick up, they were late. 2. They used the wrong type of ink and paper 3. They were rude when I tried to get this fixed. It’s just not worth your time to deal with a business run this poorly.

While prior experience with them was about/​above average (I had to have them redo 2 postcards and large posters jobs, at my cost for the FedEx shipping), my most recent experience with them just turned out catastrophic… Postcards produced were no match color wise with my approved proof, and they barely acknowlwedge this, blaming it on the digital print process or their no guarantee of color match policy. They would not even offer to correct it before reprint and I would have to bear the cost of FedEx @ $ 50 anyway.
The same job, done at a local COSTCO Photo Center turns out beautifully, at a fraction of their cost„ though one side print only.
Hence I would recommend extreme caution with them if color match is key to your project. Something must have changed in their management because they used to be more reliable. No longer… If quality and timeliness is important to you, shop elsewere…

Just got 300 11×17″ posters printed here as our wedding invitations.
I spent a good while staring at their sample book before deciding to go with Offset printing on the matte.
When I picked up the posters, the matte on them was actually a little bit more than the sample, which actually made me happy. (I hate gloss.) What I was most impressed with was the colors. They were SPOT ON.
My stomach was turning the whole drive there because I had no idea what to expect, but as I was unboxing them, a huge smile spread across my face when I saw only the bottom corner of the top poster. They nailed it. They really did an excellent job, and I am a print snob.
At less than a dollar a poster, I was very happy with the whole experience. The turnaround time was 2 – 3 days. They emailed me as soon as the order was ready for pick-​up. That’s my idea of good service.
I look forward to returning if I need anything else printed!

This is a great service! They offer such a wide variety of services, and have the BEST prices of any printing company I’ve worked with in the past few months (and I’ve worked with many). I’d generally not go out of my way to write a review for something work-​related, but I’ve had really great experiences the past 3 times I’ve come here (first for 5,000 postcards, then a 3’x6’ vinyl banner, and most recently, 5,000 door hangers).
Their turnaround time is quick, their prices are cheap, and they’re pretty conveniently located for pickup, so we don’t have to spend on shipping. I even gave their website to another printing business owner, who was interested in utilizing their services for himself, since their prices are so low. I’d recommend them to anyone, and their online ordering service is very simple and convenient!
Sidenote: I gave them 4 stars, and not 5 because the coloring was off on the postcards I ordered from them, but other than that, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with uprinting :)

Great Job! Had several stretched canvas prints made here during one of their sales. Saved a bunch, the canvases turned out GREAT and I didn’t have to pay shipping since I live in the valley.

I’ve never had anything but great experiences here.
I typically get my regular business cards printed at overnightprints just because they have rounded corners and it’s much more cost effective to have them printed there… but all my other packaging is pretty much done through this place as well as my mom’s business cards.
They always do a great job. When you submit your order it takes about 3 days or so for them to be made and ready… and I love that they’re located in the valley. I can trek over there, grab a sandwich at DeFrankos and have my cards in hand in 3 days! Yay!
Also, I’ve never had a problem with any of the printing there. The colors are always accurate and vibrant. and everything I print is full color… (with lots of colors) so I’ve never had a problem with this or with them.
The girl who’s at the front desk is always polite and it’s a very quick experience! Yay!

The service and product quality from this company are top notch, and for a competitive price. There is always some email offer/​discount I was able to use.

DO NOT USE this company under any circumstances EVER !!! I have used them on 2 separate occasions and both have been a complete disaster. The most recent was for some presentation folders for a trade show which is the most important event our company attends yearly. I ordered and was told the job would be a 4 day turnaround which gave me plenty of time and a 2 day cushion just in case they were late like last time. This 4 day turnaround turned into a 6 day turnaround and all they would say is I’m sorry but there is nothing we can do to help you except offer you a $ 75.00 credit towards your next order (the current order is almost $ 1500.00) I am off to the trade show with out our most important marketing material!!! These people are completely not to be trusted if you need anything done on time.

They have a great service, great printing quality and if something comes up they go the extra mile to help you. In my case i had some changes which required upgrading the urgency of the delivery. They follow up diligently to made sure I get the merchandise on time.
Otherwise the system is easy to use and there is a great choice of formats and type of printing. I have used them several times. If you want no-​hassle-​get-​it-​done. This is the way to go.

I’ve used UPrinting twice. The first time was great, everything met my expectations, but the second time was horrendous in every single aspect of customer service. Therefore, I’m giving it two stars only because of the first experience, otherwise it should only been one.
The «short» story is that I had two orders of basic business cards. I downloaded the PSD template that they provided and used that to ensure my files were probably set up along the trimline. Yet when I received the first set of proofs, they were off. The red dotted trimline that was in the first proof was not the same trimline that was in the template. So I moved my image around to coincide with where I thought their new trimline was and I re-​submitted the image. The second set of proofs I received, the trimline was yet again in a different place, this time aligned with the template. This back and forth continued many times. At the end of the day, for one of the business cards alone, I looked at over 12 different proofs over the course of more than a week. Sometimes when I got the proof, there would be no trimline indicated on it. Other times, it would have a red dotted trimline. Other times, it would have a blue trimline. Other times still, it would have a green trimline. And never did any of these trimlines align with the template that I downloaded from their very own site. Whenever I re-​uploaded a new image, I would often add instructions to give me a proof with the red dotted trimline. Never once, were any of my instructions listened to, causing me to wonder if anyone was even reading them.
I used the chat feature several times, speaking to Chloe, Duane, Jeff, Sheila, and Jane (among others I’m missing). Some were more helpful than others, but what was really frustrating was when I started the conversation with the exact job # and order # that I needed help with, and still I would have to chat back and forth several times just to confirm the job # and order # over and over. One of the customer service reps that I was chatting with suggested that the proofs I was receiving were different because it all depended on who in the proof department was preparing the proof and what version of the software they were using. That’s fine, I guess, but if that’s going to be the case, then if I write in the special instructions box to give me a proof with the red dotted trimline, the proof department should assign it to someone who has the version of the software that can give me the red dotted trimline.
Even though I wanted both business cards to be sent in one package (trying to be green and save on packaging), I was told this was not possible, which seemed odd and was certainly a disappointment for environmentally-​friendly consumers. When the first order was received, it came with only ~63 of the ordered 500 cards. The box was not properly sealed and all the other cards were lost during shipping. I called to report the situation and instead of calling me back at the number provided (and stored in my profile), they tried calling me on the number on the business cards. When I didn’t call back immediately, they called the number on the second set of business cards, which were for my business partner, who didn’t even know that I had ordered them because it was supposed to be a surprised, so instead, they spoiled that surprise.
But perhaps what was most frustrating about the entire experience was in me just trying to give them feedback about the entire process. One of their «managers» were finally assigned to my case and I just never got the sense that June even cared about how unhappy I was. In fact, when I asked her how I could provide feedback to her or someone else about my experiences, she encouraged me to write it all in an email, which I promptly did. And I never received a response from her. Not even a courtesy email saying that they will look into it and address my concerns. An email yesterday from Walther Kui asking me to share my experience on Unilocal (which is what prompted this review) was the first and only evidence that this company took customer service seriously.
With all of the above said, I will likely use them again because of the range of their products, their competitive pricing, and for the most part, the submission process was designed to be user-​friendly. So I will give them a second chance but if my next experience is even remotely similar to this last one, then that will have been the last time ever.

I love uprinting. I have been using them for approximately the past 6 months to do all of my larger marketing creations for the restaurant I work for. Their pricing cannot be beat and I have been amazed at the quality of the products I have ordered. Extremely professional looking postcards. Really really impressive. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because their customer service could use a little work. But as far as the product goes they deserve 10 stars. Thank you uprinting for making me look good.
