It’s not a fancy place, BUT the quality of the massage is better than fancy places in Beverly Hills.
Tonight, I got a one hour Swedish-​Thai with Hot Stones Massage, that I bought on Groupon. I asked for a gentle massage to Nadia. And truly, I had an awesome moment. I feel very relax now. I highly recommend this place which is clean. And no head-​hack: big parking !

I was shopping at the Target nearby and decided to give this place a try despite the mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The did the massage for an hour by Nadia (Swedish massage I believe) it was gentle and calming. I fell asleep for the whole hour and left relaxed. It was worth the money I paid, and will definitely return if I am in the area.

I got a groupon for this place, and scheduled my appointment.
I got greeted by the front desk who said they will not accept it.
Then, the place owner came out, came up 1 foot away from my face, and started being nasty and literally (not kidding) yelling at me how I should be paying them directly and not go through groupon. That I must return the groupon and that they will not give me a scheduled massage session. I left mortified. They just lost a customer.

Got the Swedish Thai message with hot stones from Groupon for 35. My husband and I went together. They has some issues using two Groupon on the same day so I had to buy one from them but they honored the price and deal.
The girls who took care of us did a really nice job and we’re very nice. Mine was a little harder than I’d like but she was working out my kinks. Overall great deal and great service.
Warning of you get annoyed with people who’s first language is not English you may get annoyed here.

I will not go back to this place…
I called and asked to make an appointment for 11:30am, they asked if I could come in at 12pm as they were fully booked and asked if I could pay with cash. At 11:30am they called me and said I could come in earlier, when I showed up she said the massage was $ 35 for one hour so I paid and she took me to my room. Five minutes later she came in and asked if i wouldn’t mind waiting and I asked how long? She responded with you only paid $ 30 and its $ 35… Such a liar I definitely paid $ 35 I checked twice! she then proceeded to tell me that the masseuse was running late so if I wouldn’t mind waiting. 50 minutes later I got dressed and told her I can’t wait any longer and asked for my money back and she gave me $ 30!!! I would like to rate the massage but I never got one!

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but sadly I know why there are bad ratings. I did the Groupon deal and took my boyfriend with me for his 1^st time. This was my 3^rd. I just don’t think they are trained. My massage was very unorthodox and sporadic. The lady felt like she was rushing and was not able to focus on one spot until the last 10 minutes. It felt like she was hyper on coffee and was just randomly doing what she wanted and I could not relax bc she was moving so fast going all over the place. My boyfriend’s massage lady was much better but they were both too rough on sensitive places like the back of the legs and the arms which leads me to believe they are not trained and they have no idea what they’re doing. Sorry to say. I paid before the massage and didn’t tip afterwards because no one asked and I was not going to initiate the tip because I was just not happy with what happened.

Made an appointment a week ahead of timed for 11am. I show up and no one is here. The place is closed. WTF. I’m getting my money back.

Please listen to the bad reviews here (unlike I did) I just walked out of there having experienced one of the worst most uncomfortable massages. I really wanted to like this place because it’s very close to my new apt and I am Thai and the staff are Thai… I made an appointment of course they didn’t honor it but whatever, I get it, a lot of these places don’t but the woman was incredibly rude claiming that she called me and spoke to me but she didn’t. I would have no reason to lie I showed her my phone with no current calls but she kept insisting she spoke to me. That was a bad start. All of that would have been forgiven if the massage was good. But it wasn’t. It was very disjointed. Not at all like she has been trained. She wasn’t really massaging more just rubbing very roughly on my skin, and she was all over the place, a minute on my head, then back to my feet, she rubbed my knees so hard I though one was going to dislocate ! But the worst part was she kept rubbing my inner thigh, pretty close to some very private parts. At one point I was like wow, no need to go there, but she kept doing it. So all in all a very stressful & uncomfortable. I did complain to the lady at the front and she told me to use Angie next time. ? But I don’t think I will be going back– in fact I won’t be getting a massage anywhere for a while. The whole experience made me feel a little violated and icky. (Ps I was not a groupon customer)

I really wanted to enjoy this place but it was literally the worst experience ever. I bought a groupon — like many other people — because it was a great deal. I had an appointment at 7:30 and got there a little early. They took me in right away. The place was definitely clean and quaint.
Once I was settled into my room, my masseuse came in and started stretching me. She asked me if there was an area I wanted her to focus on and I told her I would like for her to focus on my neck and lower back. She then preceded to lather TIGER BALM on my upper body and attempt to rub it in. My entire upper body was burning! After she applied the tiger balm, she added oil to it and just rubbed it all over my body — she did not actually massage anything. She basically rubbed oil everywhere.
She then got a towel to wipe me down and literally wiped me down from head to toe –including areas that should not be touched — while doing so, she commented on how soft my skin was.
It was the most uncomfortable situation I have ever been in. The masseuse was nice but the massage was uncomfortable/​not relaxing AT ALL. I don’t know if it was just the masseuse herself or what but I will not be returning.

Fantastic massage and location!
If you are looking for a great massage I highly recommend this place and Angie (massage therapist). I received a a deep tissue masaage and Angie has some mad skills. You will not be disappointed!

Called this place and made an appointment for a massage and told them I had a groupon. They said no problem. Drove half way across the valley for massage and they say «we don’t take this Groupon no more». They need to get there act together.

I wish I could give more stars for this place as the actual massage wasn’t terrible, but the over all hassles and issues just added up to too much to give them a good review.
The massage: The massage was ok, she checked in with me several times to make sure the pressure was ok. The only complaint I would have is it seemed a little lopsided but I’ll explain that later.
If you’re looking to use the Groupon, don’t. This is a big one for me, because it really aggravates me when business put themselves on Groupon then act very put upon when you try to use a Groupon. I was told I was very lucky to get a Sunday appointment as they usually don’t take any Groupon appointments on the weekend (nowhere on the Groupon does it mention that mind you). Then in the middle of my massage, the masseuse starts asking me how much I paid for the Groupon and telling me next time to go straight to them for gift cards instead of using Groupon.
The place is clean and nicely decorated, but they either don’t have AC or just weren’t using it which is a problem in the summer in Southern California. The room did have a large fan in it which was on full blast but I think that ended up getting me a lopsided massage as it seems like my back on the fan side got worked on WAY more than the other side of my body.
So overall, not too bad if you go through them and go when it’s not too hot but if you want to go to them with a Groupon forget about it.

Got the Swedish thai massage with hot stones from groupon. My masseuse was Dee, she was very kind and accomodative. At the beginning she asked me exactly what I like and asked if the pressure was ok.
The oil was warm and felt really good! Not one of those who stink or leave your skin sticky like crazy later. It was my first time doing hot stones and I thought it was very relaxing. Really good massage!
Dee was very easy to communicate with and chat with, and treated me very nicely (which many other massage places dont).

Do not buy the Groupon. If you already have, try to get a refund. Do not come here. Do not pass go. Worst massage and experience I’ve had. I left more stressed than I was before I came. I won’t list the full name of the masseuse here, but it starts with a «D.»
I called, made an appt, the lady said she would give me the same price as the group on if I paid in cash since groupon charged them a lot of fees.
I get there in time and there is plenty of parking. So far so good.
I walked in and told the receptionist I had made an appt., paid, was expecting to get my change but the lady kept telling me to go in the room over and over. I walk over to the room and there are a couple of people sitting on the floor at the end of the hall eating food. Makes me wonder if they give their employees a place to sit down. Everyone looked kind of sweaty as there was no air conditioning on a hot day, or it was turned off.
I was already putt off by this place because of their obnoxious tip sign. I believe their regular price for a massage is around $ 70/​hour which is overpriced considering there are plenty of other massage parlors in the area with the average going rate of $ 40/​hr.
I go to the room and get ready and all I can hear is people yelling about the price of my massage and already felt awkward.
The lady comes in and places my crumpled up change on a stool since I couldn’t get up to put it back in my wallet. She did ask if I had any medical conditions and there was a place to put my things, although it looked like it was someone’s bedroom as there was also makeup and a flat iron lying on the shelf, among other personal belongings that weren’t mine.
She asked if I wanted light or hard and I said medium. I don’t think she understood the concept. I wanted to try hot stones and that was a bad decision as she placed the hot stones directly over my body and started vigorously rubbing them all over and didn’t even stop when I started rolling around in pain.
The «foot massage» consisted of her wiping my feet with towels and then putting lotion on them, lasted a whole 3 minutes.
The massage itself was very painful she seemed to be rubbing very quickly with the wrong kind of pressure in the wrong areas and I was kind of bracing myself the entire time and unable to relax. It was either that or her constantly slathering oil on me with no pressure whatsoever.
She kept saying that it has to hurt in order to feel better and that maybe I just couldn’t handle the pressure, but I’ve had a much deeper massage from someone who actually knew what they were doing and I wasn’t in pain like I was with her.
At one point she just left the room without saying anything and didn’t come back until 5 minutes later.
I was so distressed that after my massage was over, which thankfully (in this occasion) got cut short by 10 minutes, I immediately called another place I normally go to and they were able to take me last minute.
When I went back out to the reception area I was offered a tiny paper cup of water and some candy.
There is plenty of parking, they accept credit cards but prefer cash. No air conditioning while I was there. Customer service was bad. Massage was even worse. This is probably why they have to sell themselves on groupon. Obnoxious tip sign.

I came here late morning and had the whole place to myself. She started to give me a Thai massage, I decided that was too rough and we switched to a Swedish massage. As long as you use good communication with your massage therapist there should never be a problem. I also received the hot stone massage which was totally new to me. I would recommend this place just don’t take the first room by the lobby as it can distract from the calmness of the experience.

Worst experience ever! Me and my friend decided to try it out she complained then both ladies switched so I got the left overs of my friend who was complaining. That lady was feeling my back and poring oil on me then stuck her elbow with all force in my back I stopped the session 7 minutes in the treatment. That was a Groupon we used, they were trying to give us a gift card I said id rather get my money back since I prob won’t be coming back. They told us to call groupon so we stepped out to do that (there was a client there and we were trying to be civil) they locked us out lol

So I was really sore and I needed a massage. I hate spending a lot of money and I went on Unilocal and found this place. I decide to take a chance. They had a happy hour special. $ 35 before 1 which worked great for me. I needed deep tissue due to being so sore. I saw they had hot stones and I love them. Linda gave me my massage and she was very good. She was really strong, I like strong massages! I notice other people on here complained about having bruises after their massage but if you have had a lot of deep tissue massages
then bruises are very normal. Not saying I got them, but I won’t be surprised if I do. It’s Deep tissue! And I needed it that hard, but I’m sure they would do a regular massage if you asked. Needless to say I was very pleased with this place and Linda!

Ok so i dont know where to start.
I bought a 30 $ Groupon for a 60 min deep tissue+hot stone+ foot massage.
lucy gave me my massage she was very sweet although she told me they closed at 7:30 and when i got there the hours posted were into 9:30pm [weird].
Anywho at first i felt like my body was just being rubbed not massaged though the hot rocks felt amazballs i would have liked to have more of a massage then a rub down. The foot massage was another rub down of no technique. booo
When she started the thai portion of the massage it was great from the stepping on my back to the stretching i enjoyed that portion very much. That is really whats going to take me back there!
Other than that it was clean the lotions were warm and smelt nice and overall i think i will go again for another shot with a different maussuse to see if the experience is different. …

It was very relaxing. Shower area needs a remodel, maybe build a cabinet to hide all the bleach, cleaning supplies.
But had a nice massage, when they can put someone to sleep, thats always a good sign. They even thru in a free body scrub. Great price and very sweet.
I will come back.
