Tapo Plumbing Supply

I needed a bracket for a sink that someone somehow managed to break off from the wall at our studio. I dare not think of what could have done such a serious busting up but lets just say, it was probably done in the height of passion or, perhaps, in a drunken rush to hurl by someone morbidly obese and massively muscled. Nobody in the area had a bracket like the one broken and while I could have ordered it from Amazon for a couple bucks, I wanted something heavier and more reliable. Every other plumbing place told me the sink wasn’t worth fixing, that it wasn’t made anymore or some places, the high end guys, laughed and said, «Go to Home Depot.» They didn’t have it either or anything like it.
i walked into Tapo and the lovely couple behind the counter were genuinely concerned and upset to reach behind them and find they were out of the part. They asked me to call back tomorrow, I did and the woman was so upset that she forgot to pick it up she said,“I promise to take care of you, come tomorrow afternoon.“
I did and they got a part in not entirely like it and they asked about the traffic and what kind of use it gets then pulled our a cast iron brace for a sink used in a slaughterhouse and man, I gotta tell you, that baby was just what we needed. The building and dare I say the block around us will come down before that sink would and they even gave me a serious break on the price and apologized profusely. How can I beat a mom and pop store that cares about you and takes the time to insure you get service, satisfaction and sweet smiles and treatment. I wished these two ran other businesses because they’re the bomb!

I needed to fix my drippy faucet. I went to Home Depot first to get a replacement washer. When I asked one of the workers about the rubber washer, he said that they didn’t have it there and that the «groove» in the washer was a specialty item. Few days later and a lot of drips, I found Tapo Plumbing Supply. The one in Simi Valley had a great review, but this one in Van Nuys was closer. I took my old washer there and the gentleman showed me the replacement washer. When I showed him that the old washer had a special groove, he told me that’s what washers look like when they’re used up. I took his advice and replaced the washer. Perfect! No drip whatsoever! This is definitely the place to go for your plumbing needs. I’m also happy to be writing a good review for a company for a change as I tend to be a complainer! Please give these guys your business. You’ll be glad you did!
