I needed to pick a primary physician so I was looking up local women doctors based on reviews alone. I chose this doctor and made an appointment for an annual physical and get some referrals for general health checks. I was told on the phone the business had moved down the street, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a free parking lot. The doctor was not available the day I wanted to come in so I’ve never met her but was cared for by a physician’s assistant. He was nice enough, although he kept questioning me about why I wanted referrals in a way that seemed like he did not want to give any or that I don’t need them. It felt very weird but he agreed to give them to me, only after results come in from sending me off to do a blood work panel.
I did the blood test 2 weeks later and they faxed the results after. This was back in July. To this day, no one has called me to discuss results and I’ve seen no referrals. I’ve called many times during business hours but the line is never answered and the answering machine information does not seem like the same business. I’ve called and gotten through to someone only once, back in September. She told me she would have to check on the status of my referrals with the doctor who would not be back until the next week. She asked me to come in to discuss blood results but I don’t want to because I’ve already looked up all my results online by now and everything was normal. There is no reason for me to come in and spend a copay just to be told that. I only want to get my referrals. The lady on the phone took my info and said she would call me the next week after talking with the doctor. Still no call, and it’s been nearly 2 months. I’ve left messages on the answering machine, since no one answers, saying «whatever company this is, please call me and tell me your business hours since no one answers». still no call.
I’m changing doctors.

I can’t really write a review on the doctors office itself or the care I received. The receptionist was extremely rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My wonderful, wonderful physical therapist –Grace — and all of the staff at the office are just exceptional.
I dislocated my shoulder in October and needed to strengthen and stabilize it so that that will (knock on wood) never happen again. Grace has been my therapist, and she is so kind, caring, and FUN. I love the environment that the entire staff creates. In addition to the excellent care and trust that they built, I always feel so welcome when I walk in. I love it there so much, that I am planning on figuring out a way to continue my therapy even now that my 12 approved sessions have been completed.
I highly recommend!
