Ok. I’m not a picky person. If you’re picky this place isn’t for you. If you want convenience, value and a huge room. Stay here.

Um… drug deals in the back parking lot? So this car pulls in at 6:30 am when I’m getting ready for work and he’s blaring a certain type of music, no respect for anyone sleeping… there is NO WAY MANAGEMENT doesn’t know he’s there… he hangs out for almost an hour and while I’m drinking my coffee and getting ready… other cars pull in and he gives them «packages» and they give him money which he quickly counts and then puts in his trunk (I can’t see what’s in the trunk from my room). I actually closed my curtains and looked out through a crack because I didn’t want him to see me watching. I was so obvious something shady! …on to the room… scary? Towels were thin/​rough/​scratchy. Also, I found two cockroaches/​bugs crawling across the floor. I slept on a beach towel I brought with me on TOP of the bed. I was scared of the bed. I was glad I only had to be in the area 2 days and one night.

Called to see if there were any rooms available for a friend that was in town. Man that answered was VERY rude! Told me they did have rooms, I kindly asked if I could reserve it, he told me NO, and told me that when I get there, if he still had it. I can have it. If not, then. Oh well! I asked where they were located and he yelled something (I couldn’t understand) and then he hung up on me!!! I called back, and he didn’t pick up. Smh… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Omg. Got a rather high price to room. Only to battle cockroaches all evening. Once they were killed toilets didn’t flush until I added water. Remote for TV broke and have to use manual on TV. Wifi pretty bad and useless half the time. Got a non smoking room wreaking of smoke. Aired it out all evening. Gaping crack in bathroom will yield a big bug attack tonight. Pray for me.
Probably my worst hotel stay ever. Hell I could be in best western for a few more bucks. Spend it people!

Except for last hour availability theres nothing good to mention. Torn sofa, blanket with cigarette burns in non smoking rooms, roaches, bedbugs, creaky worn out floor, DO NOT STAY. This needs to shut down.

Negative stars!!! Studio 6 is a flop house for drug addicts and prostitutes. There are bloody syringes in the courtyard. The manager does not call the the police for criminal elements but he is more than willing to call them when a desperate mother is attempting to retrieve her son who had OD there the night before. So hey if your looking for a good place to shoot up smoke crack or give a blow job … by all means check in here just dont expect the police to come and help you because not even they want to come her.

TRUST ME — YOU NEVER WANT TO STAY HERE!!! Stayed here in June of 2014 and from top to bottom this place is the worst. Danielle who stayed in May 2014 has it right — the customer service — wait what? There is no customer service. The people are incredibly rude, when I told them the headboard in my room was falling off, they wanted to either charge me for another room (because they had no maid to make up my room to sell to some other poor soul), or I could leave. When I told them I would leave, they claimed they literally couldn’t give me a credit. I stood my ground and eventually got another room (and was not charged). During our «discussion», I couldn’t understand him through his accent and had to ask him to repeat himself a couple of times. He then proceeded to ask me if I spoke English!!! One time I came back to the motel and my key had been turned off… I had to go downstairs at which time they asked me when I was checking out. Ummm… Sunday — the day it said on my reservation and the paperwork I signed when I checked in. You can’t turn the air/​heat on without standing on something because they have them high on the walls with no remote and I had open plywood as my bathroom sink base! In the room before I got moved, I had shoddy plaster from the floor to about ¼ of the way up the wall in the bathroom — unpainted. It looked like a kid had been playing with mud and stuck it on. The large bin for the trash for the motel is in the back of the parking lot (where my first room was) so at 4:30am, I was awakened to the trucking beeping and dumping sound. The trash bin doesn’t have a lid so when I went to throw something away before getting into my car, the stench and flies were absolutely disgusting. Nothing in the world would get me to stay here again.

this place is a cesspool. i wish i could rate it zero. customer service is non-​existent. even the management is incredibly rude. they have no idea how to run a business. this used to be a prostitute filled crack den and it basically still is. door didn’t lock. window didn’t close. room was disgusting on every level. stay away. FAR FAR FAR away.

Now called the STUDIO 6. Walked through, looked fair to questionable, never actually checked in. Rate quoted today 449.00 per week, with kitchen.
